Worst experience I ever had with any firm. I have met all objectives and requested for payout on 27th of February. Today its 10th march, that is 12 days after request. still No proper response from the support. most common reply is "Patience is appreciated in this matter". when we ask in first two days they will tell 48 business hours that means 8 working hours each day. after completing that also now they are not responding to my messages but they are deleting my messages in discord group within in seconds. I will update this review once I get payout. This is new update for the above review. Once I have posted this review, I have reached to PFM support and they directly reached out to the firm for the payout. After few hours I got my payout. I really appreciate PFM for support. But one thing, Aqua futures claims 48 Hours payout guarantee or 500$ extra. Even though they took around 15 days for payout, I didn't receive that 500$. Once again a big thanks to PropFirmMatch

Aqua Futures is one of the best futures prop firm for beginners. It is cheap, and there is no activation fee on the beginner challenge. You can get 50K account for as low as $40 and with prop firm match coupon, you can even get it way cheaper. Amazing firm

I purchased a 25k account with them, during payment the transaction failed after entering the OTP and new pop up came up asking for OTP from same site so I entered it again. They charged me 2 times for the same account. Their support is worst , they wont help u in anyways. Just stay away from them.

I made my profitable days and the payout cycle was met, but Aqua did a migration from projet x to voumetrica which reset all my stats, including profitable days. My payout cycle is now 2 whole weeks away (March 15th). Note: I had already hit my profitable days and could have requested a payout based on the cycle. Support can't help, so now I have to just reset my work all over to get a payout that has now been pushed back by 2 weeks through no fault of my own. To make matters worse, support won't help; Discord is limited, so you can't message for hours.

This is my 2nd experience with any futures prop firm and 1st experience with payout. So far best experience I got from Aqua Futures. Truly one of the best prop firm.

I had a disappointing experience with Aquafutures. My KYC verification failed on the first attempt, which can happen, but the main issue was the support. I contacted their team for help, and they initially replied saying they would forward my issue to the concerned department and update me. However, even after 24 hours, I still haven’t received any follow-up or resolution. For a prop firm, timely and reliable customer support is very important, especially during account verification. Unfortunately, my experience with their responsiveness has not been satisfactory.

I experienced an issue on Thursday, 29 January, during a confirmed platform outage affecting DeepChart, which caused problems with chart data and trade execution. During this outage, I entered a long (buy) position based on incorrect data displayed on the volumetrica platform, which directly resulted in a loss and an account breach. This was not due to a trading mistake, but due to inaccurate platform data at the time. Following the CEO’s statement advising affected users to open a ticket, I contacted support and provided my trade ID and details. My case has since been escalated to the appropriate team, but as of now, no resolution has been provided. I’m sharing this review to document my experience transparently. I will update it once the issue is reviewed and a final outcome is communicated.
