I made my profitable days and the payout cycle was met, but Aqua did a migration from projet x to voumetrica which reset all my stats, including profitable days. My payout cycle is now 2 whole weeks away (March 15th). Note: I had already hit my profitable days and could have requested a payout based on the cycle. Support can't help, so now I have to just reset my work all over to get a payout that has now been pushed back by 2 weeks through no fault of my own. This is my 2nd experience with any futures prop firm and 1st experience with payout. So far best experience I got from Aqua Futures. Truly one of the best prop firm.

I experienced an issue on Thursday, 29 January, during a confirmed platform outage affecting DeepChart, which caused problems with chart data and trade execution. During this outage, I entered a long (buy) position based on incorrect data displayed on the volumetrica platform, which directly resulted in a loss and an account breach.
