A great concept, but disappointing rules. Some of your rules seem excessive to me. 1) Exceeding the allowed number of contracts immediately fails the evaluation instead of simply rejecting the trade. I’ve been trading with you since May and have spent over $500. I simply asked for an exceptional goodwill gesture following my mistake of opening too many contracts simultaneously. Here are some clarifications on the points you raised: Progression Scale: This is a self-management rule designed to establish a solid foundation for risk management. As it is a prerequisite for accessing a funded account, it is explained in detail on our website before you purchase an assessment to avoid any surprises. Profit Sharing: You can still benefit from the 80/20 profit sharing! The only change is that you now need to withdraw a specific amount (depending on your account size) to unlock this 80/20 ratio. Dashboard and Drawdown: We completely understand your concern regarding tracking your drawdown. You don't need to do any manual calculations: the interface displays your minimum balance and the exact distance remaining before you reach your limit. However, updates depend on the platforms and data providers and may take a minute or more, which is why checking on your platform remains the safest method in real time. Trading with extra contracts leads to suspension for the day. It can happen by accident. With other firms the platform just doesn't allow to order with extra contracts.
