I had with this propfirm many accounts i passed to livesim many times you should always have proofs that justified your issues if you had them with the platformes they worked with because they will faill you .... they closed my livesim just because a glitch at my Ninjatrader opened many trades without my interfering when i had the alert i managed to close them all hence due to confusion status i were in i doubled click on 5micros then breach the progression ladder which is according to thier rules is a soft breach block for one day but they closed ...

Secondly, we want to thank you for posting a review of what happened to you during the course of your LiveSim. We are sorry that you had a poor experience because of the opening of multiple trades. We can't check directly in your file from here, but we often have instances of abuse of the progression ladder, which is what the compliance department may have considered in your situation. We apologize if this is not the case and ask you to refer back to the customer support department if you believe that what you experienced was unjustified. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish all the best in your trading. Second Response: Hello Nizar, I asked the support to check further into your account. They found that you had been stopped out three times on progression ladder, but you were allowed to continue each time on the following day. In the last time, you failed the progression ladder and you also failed the daily drawdown at the same time. This is why your account failed in the end. This is usually what we mean by abuse of the progression ladder soft rule. It cannot be used to cover for a fail of a hard rule, in this case the daily drawdown. We hope that explains the reason, and we sincerely hope that you will get funded with us next time. We pride ourselves on our transparency and commitment to the satisfaction of our traders!
