I really love the FundedNext dashboard and their trading account rules, especially regarding the Rapid accounts. Being able to go from the evaluation stage to a payout within just 3 days is a huge advantage. However, their customer support isn't the best. You usually end up dealing with an AI agent that gives generic answers and is often too quick to close your support ticket before the issue is actually resolved.

As a trader: I used proper stop loss I managed risk correctly My realized loss was within limits Yet the account was liquidated due to floating PnL and delayed execution. This raises concerns about: * Execution fairness * Transparency of rules * Reliability of the platform during volatile conditions I contacted support multiple times, and my final conversation was with Daniel, who confirmed: Account will not be reinstated No refund or compensation will be provided Despite clearly pointing out that: Stop loss was respected Account still had drawdown left No proper resolution was given. For a prop firm, trust in execution and risk control is critical. If traders cannot rely on stop loss and system execution timing, then the risk is no longer in the trader’s control. I strongly advise traders to fully understand how floating drawdown and execution delays are handled before using this platform.

I recently purchased a futures account with FundedNext because I had never heard anything bad about the firm. The setup and rules were clear, and everything looked professional. I have been trading CFD with FundedNext and I had recently diversified into Futures Trading and my experience with the FundedNext CFD had been smooth, achieving couple of payouts up to $3k And So far, My Trading experience with FundedNext Futures has been seamless since I Purchased my first Futures Legacy Challenge Account with them. I would prefer that the account dashboard updates in real time as opposed to the end of the day balance/equity updates

I am a futures trader with FundedNext, on 01/04/2026 i recieved an email saying that they were reviewing my accounts and i was possibly going to be transitioned to a live account. On 03/04/2026 i was contacted again congratulating me on being transitioned to live and i was sent 2 agreements. 1 was for the contract and the other one was for the settlement withdrawal. They are saying that my settlement withdrawal is only going to be $2,391.98 instead of $8,725.28 as my performance reward from 25/03/2026 counts towards my settlement withdrawal even though my account didnt enter review for a live account until 01/04/2026 and i have made a lot more profits on the accounts since the 25/03/2026 and they are refusing to pay them to me.

They used to be my favourite firm as they allow the use of automsted strategy. But they closed my 5 accounts and declined my payouts of 14.8k because my trade entries were matching with someone else and they assumed that I was copying trading from somewhere. When you allow the use of automated strategy and if some other trader is/might be using the same rules or strategy, obviously the entries will match. Their commitment for 24 hours payout rule. And their customer support is decent enough as they respond to all messages.
Their hypocrisy that automated strategy is allowed but if your entry matches with some other trader you are banned.

overall the price and rules are best in the industry. also one time payment is the things that i like the most about this propfirm. but there customer service is nightmare, i have tried to contract their support 2 3 times and they reply after 7 8 hours . i don't know why they reply so late
