Unfortunately I could not pass ID verification, KYC is done with Veriff, and it is recording real time what I was doing, my husband was next to me at the time of verification and I failed it, I was not aware of their KYC policy, must read carefully before doing anything. But I was able to get a full refund on my purchase. Thank you to Risk Team, they were helpful.

What I liked the most was the customer support and the overall professionalism of the firm. The support team responds very quickly and is available almost 24/7, which is very helpful especially for new futures traders like me. I also like the user-friendly dashboard and the clear payout process. Even when the Risk Team asked questions about my strategy and account management during my first payout, they were polite and transparent about it, which made me feel more comfortable and secure.
The only thing I disliked the most was the restriction on micro-scalping trades to under 10 seconds. Sometimes quick entries and exits are part of my trading style, so this rule felt restrictive. I was also a little nervous during my first payment process because the Risk Team asked additional questions about my trading strategy and account management. However, after going through the process, I came to appreciate their professionalism and security checks. Many prop trading firms rarely provide this level of verification and payment communication. Other than that, my overall experience with this company was smooth and professional.

Honestly, this propfirm gets 5 star rating from me. Their customer service is amazing. They are fast with their responses and very respectful. I don’t understand why I see a few negative comments… I have not had an issue and I got paid out right away! They have the best rules and give you so much capital to work with on their instant accounts. I look forward to continue to trade with this propfirm! I tried every futures prop firm out there and I must say the best experience I had is with Futures Elite. They have the best payout and trading rules for new traders like me, the customer support is always there and even when is your mistake, as I was in some case when I didn't read the rules very well they made it right and didn't punish me. Also never had any issues with payouts, the challanges are really cheap and everything works smooth.
