Inactivity Rule

• 60 Days Inactivity period (must trade at least once in 60 days to keep the account active, violation results to account breach)

• For its review, please provide the following details to allow FXIFY to assess it directly:
  • Brief description of the EA
  • Timeframe it trades on
  • Average holding time of open positions
  • Trading pairs used
  • Take profit target (in pips)
  • Whether it uses High-Frequency Trading (HFT): Yes/No
  • Whether it involves Latency Arbitrage: Yes/No

Third party purchase policy

• Accounts obtained through third-party purchases are subject to termination. In limited cases, such as a married couple with a shared bank account, exceptions may apply

IP/Device Policy

• Traders can use different IPs and devices — this is allowed and not a violation.
• Multiple accounts using the same IP may trigger a review, as it can suggest prohibited activities like account management.
• FXIFY also checks CID (computer ID). If multiple users share the same CID, this raises concerns about account management or KYC violations.

Copy Trading

• You can copy trades between your FXIFY accounts and from your FXIFY accounts to other accounts. Copy trading is not allowed on Instant Funding LITE, Instant Funding accounts, 2 Phase PRO (unless the 2 PHASE PRO is the Master account) and on the Lightning Plan.

Weekend Holding

• Allowed

2-Phase Pro Daily profit Cap

• $4000 profit in 1 trading day. Once this profit limit is reached, you will be closed out and unable to continue trading till the next trading day.

Stop Loss Rule

• Required, 1st & 2nd trades without stop loss automatically closes (soft breach). The 3rd trade without a stop loss is a Hard breach.

News Trading

Copy Trading

• Prohibited, Traders must execute their own trades without replicating the trades of others.

Expert Advisors (EAs)

• Prohibited, the use of EA’s and bots is prohibited and can run the risk of account being terminated

• For the 1,2 Phase Trailing and 3 Phase challenges, the first withdrawal can be requested on demand. Once you close your first trade in profit and then every 30 days. For example if you make profits on day one in your live account you can request a withdrawal. Any subsequent withdrawals can be requested once per month or, if the add-on for bi-weekly payouts was purchased at the checkout stage, every 14 days.
• For the 2 Phase Pro and Instant Lite accounts, payouts can be requested every 10 days.
• For the Instant funding account the first payout can be requested 14 days after the first trade is placed and then any subsequent payouts are by default bi-weekly (every 14 days).
• For the Lightning account, when on the funded stage, the first withdrawal can be requested after 7 days and then any subsequent every 14 days, bi-weekly basis.
• Additionally, if you want to leave profits in the account and let them compound to scale your account you have the flexibility to do so. Upon requesting a withdrawal, your account will be set to read-only until the withdrawal is approved.
• Please note for 1 phase, 2 phase trailing drawdown, Lightning and Instant funding live account, the max drawdown will lock in at your starting balance after receiving your payout.
• Payout Cap for 2 Phase Pro
  • 1st & 2nd Payouts
    10k - 150k Accounts: maximum 5% of the initial balance.
    200k & 250k Accounts: $8,000
  • 3rd+ Payout: None
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount $50 on all account types

Ukraine Payout information

• For Traders based in Ukraine, where Rise is not available, FXIFY can process payouts via Crypto payments (USDC/USDT).
• If this applies to you, please contact their support team for more information.

Rise Restricted U.S States Payout Information

• If a user is in one of the U.S. states where Rise is currently unavailable, their payout can be processed via bank wire.

SCALING PLAN

• No Scaling for 2 Phase Pro, Instant Standard, Instant Lite & Lightning Challenge
• The Trader Must Achieve a 10% Return in the First Three Months, Ensuring at Least Two Months Are Profitable, to Qualify for a 25% Scaling Up. Future Scaling Will Happen Every Three Months Under the Same Conditions, with the Account Balance Doubling Each Time. This Scale Up Can Be Done 4 Times
