The Dashboard interface is very good, Customer Support is Top notch, The trading metrics is very good, Payment options are very smooth.

Received my first payout in 3 business days after accepting Rise invite as also communicated in the FAQs, a proof this is a legit prop firm. • Amazing trading conditions - low latency execution and order fills, fast price tick feed update on MT5, low spreads. • Great customer support team - respectful, polite, helpful and quick to answer. • Reasonably priced evaluation / instant funded accounts. • Professional dashboard, clear and trader friendly rules. That a clean pass counts for nothing. I completed both phases manually, by the book, then got terminated for 'latency arbitrage,' something impossible to do without an external feed I never had, and which their own hold-time records contradict. No specific trades, no evidence, and a senior review that upheld it without addressing a single point I raised. The worst part isn't the outcome, it's that 'sole discretion' means they never have to justify it.

Summary
Passed their 2-phase evaluation, then got kicked for "latency arbitrage" — something I'd genuinely never even heard of until their email. So here's what happened. I passed FXIFY's Two Step Pro (around +4% in phase 1, +8% in phase 2, nothing reckless, all traded by hand on their own MT5). Not long after, I get an email from compliance saying my account was terminated for latency arbitrage. I had to go and google what that even was. Turns out it means running a faster external data feed and trading against their prices before they update. The thing is — I don't do any of that. I trade manually. No bots, no EAs, no copy trader, no external feed, no VPN, no VPS, nothing. I click buy and sell myself, on their platform, using their prices. That's it. And this is the part that gets me: latency arbitrage literally isn't possible without a faster outside feed, which I never had. Their own website even defines it as customers using EAs — and I didn't use one. On top of that, latency arbitrage is a game of milliseconds; you're in and out almost instantly. My average trade was held 23 minutes in phase 1 and 16 minutes in phase 2. You cannot be exploiting split-second price lag and holding trades for a quarter of an hour. It makes no sense. I wrote back and laid all this out. I even offered to send them my full MT5 reports so they could check their records against mine. They said it'd go to a senior risk team for a second review. A few days later: "the decision remains unchanged." No specific trades. No proof of this magic faster feed. Not a single word addressing the hold times or the reports I offered. Just — no. They did refund my challenge fee, I'll give them that. But that's kind of the trick, isn't it? The fee is refundable, your funded account isn't. Accuse someone of something impossible to disprove, show zero evidence, ignore their rebuttal, and fall back on "sole discretion." After this I looked around and I'm clearly not the only one — loads of manual traders describe the exact same thing. Pass, trade normally, suddenly you're a "latency arbitrage" cheat with no evidence, account gone. I've kept all my emails and reports. If you trade manually and you're actually any good, just be careful here. I wouldn't recommend them.

Hi there, We appreciate that you strongly disagree with the outcome, but we would like to clarify a few points for anyone reading your review. Our Compliance and Risk assessments are not determined solely by whether a trader uses an EA, VPS, copy trader or other automated tool, nor can an account be cleared simply on the basis of average trade duration. Reviews consider the trading activity and execution patterns recorded on the account as a whole. Following the initial assessment, you challenged the decision and your case was escalated for a **second review by our senior Risk team**. After that additional review, the original finding remained unchanged. We understand that you requested further technical evidence. However, FXIFY does not publicly disclose the detailed detection methods, thresholds or internal risk controls used to identify prohibited trading activity, as doing so would compromise the effectiveness of those controls. The decision was therefore not made simply because you passed the evaluation or because you were profitable. It followed two separate reviews of the account activity under our prohibited trading practices policy. As you have also acknowledged, your challenge fee was refunded following the termination of the account. We recognise that you remain dissatisfied with the conclusion, but the review process has now been completed and the decision is final. The FXIFY Team
