My first payout with FXIFY. Through out the journey the customer support was super supportive. always ready to help and solve the issues if any. I had lots of query but they answered (live Agent) with sincerly. And finally whe the time for payout came i was little bit worried . But to my surprise there is no hidden rules at all. All rules which are clearly mentioned are the criteria . My payment request was through. But i was waiting for the balance. It takes 1-2 Business day i think but i got it on the first business day. Thank you FXIFY team.

Great firm in every way, I did have to wait for my first payout for around 9 days which did leave me with concern but they did pay me. Something to bear in mind are payment processor delays with prop firms. But they sent the payment and overall I am very happy. I will update here if anything changes with my experience. I’ve had a few experiences trading with fxify. I really liked everything from the spreads to how easy the site is to navigate. However, the most important aspect for me was receiving my payment. Great First Experience with FXIFY I’ve just received my first payout from FXIFY, and the overall experience has been excellent. The payout arrived within 3 business days, and their customer support has been top-notch throughout the process—fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the payout processing speed. I have found FXIFY Customer Services to be good. The live agents are knowledgeable, polite and prompt - and they are happy to go the extra mile to make sure you fully understand everything.
