Customer Care so bad, payments methods for paying a challenge for non US is so limited, trading rules are good, overall not the best and not the bad prop

I purchased a 50k scale on 12/Oct. I thought the rules were really fair, especially with the new double payout add on which made it seem very attractive. I really like the UI of MFFU and the customer care is fast, responsive and reasonable.

I tried MFF core plan out of curiosity and ended up loving the firm, their rules are easy to follow and their delivery for account details is fast just 1 minute after challenge purchase, I love the dashboard I could clearly see where I am the challenge phase and also allow me to trade on tradingview.

My 50K funded futures account has been a good experience overall. The setup is smooth, the rules are straightforward, and the profit split is one of the best parts. It gives you real room to grow if you trade with a plan. The downside is the monthly fee and the tight trailing drawdown — you can’t afford to trade recklessly, or you’ll lose the account fast. Payouts are legit but sometimes take a bit longer than expected. If you’re consistent and disciplined, this account can really work for you. If you’re not, it will expose your mistakes quickly.
