News Trading

• For Hyper-Growth, Pro Growth and Bootcamp: News trading is allowed except for bracket strategies around news.
• For High Stakes and Summer Plan: Executing orders 2 minutes before until 2 minutes after high-impact news is prohibited.

Copy Trading

• Allowed for High Stakes, Summer, Pro-Growth and Hyper-Growth with limitation
• Limitation: Once a trader has more than $500K under management, taking the same trades across accounts will no longer be possible
• External account copy trading: Allowed under the condition that the account belongs to the same traders; third-party copy trading is not allowed
• Bootcamp accounts: Copy trading is not allowed between two Bootcamp accounts

Expert Advisors

• Expert Advisors are allowed, as long as it's aligned with terms and conditions
• Required conditions:
  • The EA must set a Stop Loss (SL) order on every position
• Prohibited EA functions:
  • Copy trades from other persons' signals
  • Perform tick scalping
  • Perform latency arbitrage trading
  • Perform reverse arbitrage trading
  • Perform hedge arbitrage trading
  • Use emulators
• Enforcement: Any accounts found using EAs that violate these rules will be canceled, banned, and not refunded
• Applies to: All programs including Bootcamp and Instant Funding (Hyper Growth)

High Stakes Program:

• Minimum of 3 profitable days; a profitable day is a day on which the closed positions made a positive profit of at least 0.5% of the initial balance.

High Stakes New and Classic Cross-program rules:

• You cannot hold the same size account across both programs ONLY for the $50K and $100K tiers, you may only hold one of these across Classic and New combined
• $2.5K, $5K, $10K, and $25K accounts can be duplicated across programs

Prohibited Practices

• One-sided bets: A trading strategy where the user takes consistent positions in one single direction without considering market conditions or conducting proper analysis
• Arbitrage: Use exploitation of price discrepancies or glitches within different markets of similar or identical assets
• Bracket strategy: Trading bracketing strategy by opening pending orders around high-impact news. It consists of opening buy and sell stops close to the price before the news
• System exploitation: Intentionally or unintentionally employ trading strategies that take advantage of errors within the system, such as inaccuracies in price display or delays in updating
• Overleveraging: Overleveraging or overexposure to a single instrument or correlated instruments in a manner inconsistent with market-standard risk management practices that a reasonable person would apply when trading with their own capital
• Position sizing inconsistency: Opening position sizes or a number of positions that are substantially larger or smaller than your typical trading activity, whether compared across your own accounts or between your evaluation and funded account stages; or repeatedly concentrating risk in a single instrument or group of correlated instruments in a way that builds cumulative overexposure beyond what market-standard risk management would permit

Inactivity Rule

• Evaluation accounts will be deactivated after 30 days of inactivity, while funded accounts will be deactivated after 60 days of inactivity.

• For the Bootcamp and Hyper-Growth programs, traders start with a 50% profit split, but they can quickly grow that to 75% already by the next stage in the scale-up plan. Traders can scale up the profit split to 100%.
• Pro Growth program, traders start with an 75% profit split and can also scale that up to 100%
• High Stakes program, traders start with an 80% profit split and can also scale that up to 100%.

Payout Frequency:

• Traders have the possibility to withdraw their profits on a biweekly basis.

Minimum withdrawal

• Summer Plan - $250
• High Stakes - 50K - $300, 100K - $500, 2.5K - 25K - $150
• Pro Growth, Hyper Growth and Bootcamp - $150

Funded Profit Target (1-Step Summer Plan):

• The funded profit target remains the same as the evaluation profit target at 10%

Payout Cap

Summer Plan:

• Payouts are capped at $2,000 per payout cycle for $100K accounts and $3,000 for $200K accounts.

High Stakes:

• Payouts are capped at $3,000 per payout cycle for $50K accounts and $4,000 for $100K accounts.
