My trading account has been wrongfully deactivated since the 19th, and my legitimate refund under Invoice ID: 1000745788 (Customer ID: 102050547) is being  withheld by them. I went out of my way to provide an official, stamped, and signed bank verification letter directly from my bank (IDBI Bank, Tarabai Park Branch) explicitly proving that my account and card are 100% active, unblocked, and fully capable of receiving international refunds. Despite providing valid banking proof, their support team gives standard automated rejections,  claims they "cannot do anything," closes the support tickets, and rudely offers a meager $30 in dashboard credits instead of my actual capital! Now they claim their website and CTrader changed, leaving customers.  Either process my full refund back to my bank account immediately or restore my account!

I traded the $100k Summer package at The5ers and was able to withdraw money within 2 days from when I submitted the withdrawal request. At one point my account was down 7% but luckily I recovered and successfully withdrew.

The5ers is an exceptional funding firm known for its transparency and clear rules. Its technical support is fast and the dashboard is very intuitive. Highly recommended for serious traders I recently completed another trading phase and received my payout of $327.83 with @The5ers. Overall, my experience with The5ers has been pretty decent. What I like most is that overnight and weekend holding is allowed, so I don’t have to close trades just because the market is about to close. I also find the trading setup and execution fairly straightforward. The main things to watch are the risk rules and news restrictions. The 3% daily loss limit and 10% maximum loss require proper position sizing, especially during volatile markets. For high-impact news, opening new trades from 2 minutes before until 2 minutes after the release is restricted, so you need to plan entries around major news events. It’s not a perfect setup for every trading style, but I haven’t had any major issues so far. My advice would be to understand the drawdown, news and holding rules properly before starting, because small mistakes in risk management can make a big difference.

@The5ers is the only prop firm I have been using in Forex market. They are great. I would recommend them to anyone. They have a variety of different accounts that can suit your trading styles.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with The5ers. After trading my strategy with the firm for about five months, I received a termination notice referring to “multiple account relations” and “similar trading patterns.” The comparison shared with me showed selected trades, but the information I received did not explain which account relationships were identified, what full period was reviewed, or how the firm concluded that the similarities meant coordinated trading. I developed my own strategy and retain its source code and testing records. The termination notice did not explain how the strategy’s longer trading history or my explanation had been assessed. As a result, I was left without a clear, verifiable account of the decision or a meaningful way to address the specific findings. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend The5ers to traders who expect clear explanations and a transparent review process.
