What can i say i never really felt so close to a trading company as a trader before i met topone starting late october. i have been trading with topone futures just after late october and what i liked the most was their customer support for eg. i had an account issue once where it was blocked after i exceeded the dailly DD limit but even after 24 hrs it was locked. i went into the customer support and soon as i got in an agent came to support and fixed in like 2 mins no problem. I also love Project X platform integration absolutely love the platform...

Customer Support definitely. MaxAI agent works best for basic queries and helps. I liked the speed of the problem solving skills of agents.
I'd say the consistency rule of 20%.

"The Best Futures Prop firm" I have seen. Amazing support staff. Response time is very little. Payout is processed within 4 hour of request. I have take three payout of USD 2500/- within 17 days. Very user friendly. I like how it’s quick to change between accounts while trading. The dashboard is easy to use I like the stats. Enjoyed using project X.
I don’t like that they will no longer be using project X next year. It’s no fault of their own. Hopefully they will have another platform that is just as user friendly.

Good prop, kind of pricey. Instant funding is the way to go. 15-20% consistency is low compared to other places but obtainable. Got paid right away. No nonsense rules and restrictions. They promote growth. Don’t expect to come here and hit grand slams the constituency rule will haunt you. If you can trade and are serious TopOne is for you

I really like how simple the rules are. You can trade without restrictions to news and tight daily draw down. You can even trade the max contracts without worrying about breaking some arbitrary rule about how much you can scale
I don’t like the ESS or low consistency %. Makes it hard to enjoy being right when you can’t let a winner run. Needing to cut a winner to avoid having your profit target increased is the worst thing about all props.

I was trading a 25K elite account. The evaluation rules were pretty simple, so I passed quickly and even got funded. But once I entered the funded phase, the consistency rule became something I had to manage carefully. I also faced a few issues with ProjectX, the platform I traded on. Overall though, it was a good experience
