My experience with Topstep has been really good, especially their ProjectX platform, which feels very professional and easy to use. The support team is also excellent, they always respond quickly to my questions and help me whenever I face any issue or need clarification. I have used TopStep for the last 3 years. The very first thing I liked is their UI. Their TopStepX is top Notch. THE smoothest platform I have used. I have got 2 payouts till date and very happy with this firm. If they bring instant payouts for International Traders then I have nothing else to say. The BEST.

Good experience overall. I like the platform, rules are clear, and the trading environment feels professional. Funding process and dashboard are smooth compared to many other prop firms. Best part is the trader community and consistency-focused system. If you manage risk properly and follow discipline, it can be a good opportunity for futures traders. Not perfect, but definitely one of the better prop firms in the market right now.

I’ve been using Topstep for a few years. Just starting to break even now. Their new Aeropay instant payout process is insanely fast. My withdrawal hit my bank in about 10–15 minutes with no issues. Only downside is the newer rule changes — feels like most prop firms are starting to operate the same way now.

I've been trading with Topstep almost exclusively for a little over a year. In that time, there have been several platform issues; some were resolved, and others weren't. Most notably in December, there was a major platform crash that affected most traders, including myself. The CEO kept sending emails promising to make it right and saying that "there were big announcements coming". Previously, TS had issued extra resets to affected traders, and that was what most people expected to resolve the issue. instead nothing was done, and they created new rules surounding hedging. While I acknowledge every firm's right to enforce rules and protect itself from harmful trading practices, that's not what their rule does. While in a trade on a eval i was looking at the charts with one of my funded accounts and accidentally right-clicked, as I have a sensitive mouse, and hit market order on the curser drop down, which has happened before. this triggered an instant notification, before i could close the trade, that I had hedged and both accounts were terminated. After explaing the issue to CS the issue was unresolved. their zero tolerance poilicy is over enforced. I was very disappointed with their handling of the entire situation. Their solution was for me to pay $599 to reactivate my funded account. I have traded with them for over a year with minimal issues and taken multiple payouts. This is the first time that I have opened accounts with other firms and begun trading elsewhere after this issue. I will continue to trade the rest of my funded accounts, but I'm not sure that I will be buying more evals from them. accidental market order on a funded account in the opposite direction of a trade in an eval. different times, different account type, different price, and different size/risk, obviously unintentional. I understand that what happened does meet their standards for hedging, however, their policy is outrageously strict and they claim to be enforcing it in accordance with CME group rule 534, however that rule specifies many elements that topstep ignores in enforcement of the rule. Like intent and intentional risk mitigation by taking trades of a similar size/price/time in opposite directions, all elements missing in my case.

I’ve been trading with Topstep and I’m very happy with the overall experience. The trading environment is excellent, and the rules are clear, simple, and easy to follow, which makes trading smoother and less stressful.

The rules are clear; despite the new payment limits, it's a safe bet with an excellent trading platform. The price remains consistent when considering the OTP (One-Time Payout).
