There have been some recent platform crashes on TopstepX, which affected trades. However, the support team handled the issues well by reversing affected trades and providing resets where required.

This was my first big account that I got funded on, and literally a few days after first account, I passed a first account as well. While they don't provide as much discounts/bonuses as other firms, they are one of the biggest and most solid prop firms, with a really nice platform & dashboard as well as support system.

Occasionally bugs out, they normally do give compensation but sometimes not. However, they do reverse any harm done to the acconut

I like topstep easy to use I passed the accounts only thing I dislike is they are money hungry paying 50 for a paper trading account is one thing but 50 for resets then 150 to activate and if you blow it another 500 it's like they just keep begging they don't give you anything return

Topstep used to be the best out there, but when they switched to (and now monopolized) Project, it's been nothing but troubles. Constant platform issues, and lack of responsibility to the customer to make things right really disheartens me. The TopStepTV crew seem like good people but there's something fishy going on behind the scenes. One or two problems every once in a while, but CONSTANT glitching, usually during liquidity sweeps where traders can't get out of positions, move stops, preventing traders to make the most amount of money, or get o...

They were great at first, honorable, and Tradovate didn't have that many problems. Also there customer service used to care or at least respond to you quickly.
Their adaptation of the project x platform, and now, poor customer service. When you have a problem, they blame the trader, and at best you get a copy and paste script. Then you get weeks of "escalation or reveiws, and or beening lead around, only in hopes that you blow your account and use the "free reset" you hopefully nagged them about. Even after taking all the time to communicate your issue, provide 1st and 2nd hand sources or evidence of the issue, screen captures/recordings, and using basic logic/rational thinking, their actions and lack of ownership clearly demonstrate that they don't care anymore about providing a good product or service.

Topstep is hands down the most reliable firm in the industry right now. I have tried several other prop firms, but I always come back here because I know for a fact that I will get paid on time. The rules are strict but fair, the dashboard is very user-friendly, and the integration with Tradovate works perfectly. If you are looking for a legitimate futures prop firm that actually values its traders, this is the one to choose.

Topstep is my first ever future propfirm and I knew it was one of the best propfirms out there and they did prove me right, the experience is seem less and they have a very good customer service i have not faced any issues yet and i believe no other prop firm can beat them
