• News trading is allowed.

Consistency Rule (40%)

• Premium EOD and Legacy NYC: the evaluation consistency rule is based on 40% of total profits, not the fixed profit target.
• Static: 50% evaluation rule (daily profit cap at 50% of the target). No consistency requirement once SimFunded.

Minimum Trading Days

• Traders must complete at least 3 trading days during the evaluation stage.

Inactivity Rules

• During the evaluation phase, traders must place at least 1 trade per week to remain active.

• During evaluation: missing a week deactivates your account. In your Simfunded account: missing a week pauses it — you remain eligible for profits and payouts but need to reactivate.

DCA/Martingale Rule

• Reasonable scaling and averaging are allowed. Repeatedly adding size to losing positions, especially as a routine part of most trades, counts as excessive martingale-style trading and may lead to an account review.

Hedging

• Hedging is not permitted. This includes hedging the same instrument across multiple accounts, such as being long NQ in one account and short NQ in another; hedging through correlated instruments, such as being long NQ and short ES; and coordinating with another trader or group of traders to create offsetting positions across separate accounts. This rule applies whether the accounts belong to the same trader or to different traders acting together.

TL Drop #2

• Hyperprop only. Trading hours: 6pm-4pm ET the following day.
• No consistency rule or minimum trading days.
• EOD trailing drawdown: $1000, locks at $25000.
• Daily loss: $600 soft pause; waived on days starting at $25600 or above.
• Funded daily earnings: 60%/80% splits capped at $2000; 90% split has no cap.

Premium EOD and Legacy NYC:

• After passing, complete the buffer stage, KYC and contract signing, then trade a payout-eligible SimFunded account.
• Standard buffers: 100K $1000 / 200K $2000 / 300K $3000.
• Legacy NYC buffers: 100K $1000 / 200K $1000 / 300K $2000.

Static:

• No post-evaluation buffer.
• After passing, complete KYC and contract signing, then trade SimFunded.
• Withdraw from $200 gross profit before the split.
• Static 60%/80% daily earnings limits: 25K $1000 / 50K $2000 / 100K $4000.
• Static 90% has no daily earnings cap.

Profit split:

• Standard 60% or 80%;
• Legacy NYC 55% or 80%;
• Static 60%, 80% or 90%, as selected at purchase.
• No funded consistency requirement.

Payout processing:

• Crypto (USDT on Solana) and ACH: every 24 hours. Bank wire: weekly. Requests are subject to program rules and Terms. At $100000 cumulative payouts, trading pauses for scaling review; live-capital consideration is not an automatic brokerage transfer.

TL Drop #2:

• Withdraw above $25600; first payout at $25800. Minimum $200 gross before the selected 60%/80%/90% split. Maximum 1 payout per day. No fixed payout cap; the 60%/80% daily earnings cap is a trading limit.
