I share my personal experience with Upcomers here, so that no one would be surprised with their service. I’ve bought 2 challenges, Eon and Ash. The first buy, Eon, went through like their ad: 90% normal and 5% further due to my payment in crypto. Please note that Eon is the cheapest product. Then, I purchased the second, Ash, but no more further 5% off thanks to crypto payment like their ad. I contacted the support, but no help because “90% is already a lot”. The setup was pretty smooth. I applied the same strategy to both accounts. Please remember, Upcomers doesn’t accept automatic activities, even trailing stop function of MT5. We have to do everything manually. After about 1 week, my Ash account was suspended following the SL activated. Upcomers advised that the account has breached their rules. But, no! I chased them by emails, lot of emails together with proof of MT5 history. After 3 weeks back and forth, from Support to Risk to Tech teams, they admitted this was “phantom breach” and restored my account like new. Then, I completed the challenge. No warning, no comment from Upcomers, just greetings! The funded account was setup quickly. Easily the account reached payout, 100% win, consistency complied. And I requested the payout. Upcomers reviewed quite fast, and agreed only 50% of 99% promised split. Furthermore, the penalty of 50% payout has been applied for all future payouts. They used their owned risk management framework, which is vague, to protect their decision. I tried to explain to them my trading strategy, my own risk management framework, and even proposed my will to change to adapt their standard, if any. I also requested them to show the ground of their decision based in the signed Trader Agreement. However, they refused and insisted their score system is internal, “cannot be disclosed”, etc. By the way, when I requested the payout, the bank details had been provided. But their input was wrong. Again, a lot of back and forth, from Support to Finance teams, the info was updated, and the payout (50% of 99%) was processed. Two weeks for a silly mistake! Finally, I still upvote for Upcomers. 5/5 for price (no other firm could beat); 5/5 for platform (I love MT5); 2/5 for service (fast response, but slow progress); 1/5 for payout (still get paid); 0/5 for transparency (they could suspend any account with “Responsible risk management framework”). 13/25 points, more than 50%! However, I’ve never tried other prop firms. Please note that Upcomers uses AI heavily. All their responses are very beautiful, but no soul. Even once, a little funny, their AI emailed me and tried to help me write a message with “more natural English”! I do hope that AI won’t be able to occupy all their firm, one day.

Upcomers is one of my favorite prop firms. Their thunderbolt accounts are a1. The rules are friendly and they definitely have great customer service. I recommend it to anyone starting out as a trader.

Unfortunately I had to retract my positive review as I was incentived to leave a positive review BEFORE I even got my first payout. They denied my full payout for every reason under the sun, although I reached the targets while maintaining safe risk. . Please beware. I only received 35% of my first payout and they banned my account from receiving a full payout and locked me at only 50%,,. I have 7 years of trading experience and I'm very confident in what I am doing so I don't believe that luck had anything to do with my success. I would not be purchasing any future accounts with them and honestly w it doesn't surprise me that they are still not listed on this platform as a reputable company. They lure you in with good prices and I'm pretty sure if I had some form of social media presence they wouldn't have treated me this way. I do document my work on my YouTube channel but I have just begun to do so as I hoped this company could be trusted. At this time my account is still active but like I said I'm only entitled to 50% of profits and I cannot even guarantee that they will pay me the full payout of that 50% the next time I request a payout.

They are scammers , use other prop firms dont give them a single dollar Firms that invent "max single trade loss" parameters or exploit massive spreads do it because their business model relies entirely on selling evaluation resets rather than paying out traders. That "1 minute and 59 seconds" rule is a classic scalping ban disguised as a risk rule. Fake prop firms use it to ensure any trade that catches a quick, volatile move is wiped out, allowing them to keep your registration fee while pocketing your winnings 1. Artificial Spread Markup & Liquidity SlippageWhen you click "Close Trade," the platform doesn't give you the price you see on the screen.They use a simulated B-book feed where they artificially widen the bid-ask spread the exact millisecond you execute.If you buy at $60,000 and try to sell at $60,100, their backend fills your sell order at $60,070 instead. That missing $30 never shows up in your history as a "fee"—it is just eaten up by "bad execution slippage" that they control. 2. Hidden "On-the-Fly" Swap and Handling ChargesLegitimate platforms display a clear breakdown of commissions per side. Scammer firms bundle hidden charges into your account balance adjustments without writing them to the ledger. This includes raw volume fees, platform handling percentages, and inflated overnight swap rates that they deduct silently upon closing a position.

My only issue is the payout structure but it’s the same for all prop firm tbh, and theirs is the most favourable in the market. DO NOT GIVE THIS FIRM A SINGLE PENNY. Upcomers / Royal Flow - FZCO (IFZA License No. 35886) is actively withholding $5,735.97 of my money, breaching a signed corporate agreement, and running a deliberate stall-and-dodge scheme to avoid paying verified traders. THE "A-BOOK" TRAP & 6 MONTHS OF MANIPULATION: I turned $99 in challenge fees into over $4,000 in approved payouts. Because I was consistently profitable, Head of Support (Pavel Gerz) emailed me on February 17, 2026, framing an account suspension as an "exclusive promotion" to move me to their new A-Book model. It was a complete bait-and-switch: Forced Inactivity: They froze my funded accounts (#242299 and #268508) and trapped me on the sidelines for 6 months with constant false promises. Broken Affiliate Promises: They guaranteed a 50% revenue-share affiliate program within 2 weeks of February 17. It took over a month of constant chasing just to set up. VIP Butter-Up Group: They placed me into a private WhatsApp group under the guise of VIP treatment, purely to give me empty assurances and keep me quiet. Shifting Goalposts & Invented Rules: On June 17, Pavel emailed guaranteeing that A-Book would go live within "one month maximum" (a July 17 ceiling). In that same email, they tried to alter our deal by inventing a brand new "evaluation account" requirement before granting A-Book access-a restriction that DOES NOT EXIST in our signed contract. THE HUMAN COST: I explicitly informed their management that I have a baby on the way and needed my owed capital released. They did not care. They ignored the personal impact, fed me empty apologies, and held my money hostage during a critical time for my family. THE SIGNED CONTRACT & DEFAULT (SPA-2026-ACH-001): On February 24, 2026, we executed a binding legal agreement (Ref: SPA-2026-ACH-001) preserving my $5,735.97 profit balance as a Protected Payout. Section 3.2.1 established a hard Longstop Date of July 24, 2026. Section 3.2.1 legally forces them to pay the $5,735.97 IN FULL within 14 calendar days if A-Book was not operational, with zero further trading required. THE REALITY: Pavel’s July 17 promise passed. The July 24 contract Longstop Date passed. The 14-day grace window is expiring. No A-Book exists. NO MONEY HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED. Now, support staff (Arjun, Goutam, and Edward) are running in circles claiming "legal delays" while refusing to state an execution date. If a prop firm manipulates profitable traders, invents fake rules to stall payouts, ignores a baby on the way, and breaches a signed contract over $5,735.97, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE LIQUIDITY TO PAY YOU. Which makes you wonder, why do they keep posting on socials about $1m + in payouts per month when they cant even pay $5k. Pursuant to Section 7.3(c) of our signed agreement, this factual account of non-performance is now public. I am submitting this documentation to IFZA Compliance, Dubai regulatory bodies, and across all major prop trading forums. I'm absolutely exhausted with this company. Pay contract SPA-2026-ACH-001 in full.
