The dashboard was user-friendly, and the overall funding process was fast and smooth. I also appreciated the initial professionalism in communication — up until the payout stage.
The payout process was extremely disappointing. Despite following all the rules and providing evidence, I was given multiple shifting reasons for denial — and no actual platform-based proof was ever shared. It felt like the goalposts kept moving once I became eligible for a withdrawal.

I traded for one month on an Instant Funding Pro account, fully complying with the rules. My trades were never open simultaneously, and losses were within allowed limits. When I requested my payout, the firm gave multiple conflicting reasons — finally settling on a supposed -2% floating PnL breach. I requested platform-based evidence of this breach, but none was ever provided. Instead, they closed my case and offered a new account. I followed the rules and earned my payout — I believe I was unfairly denied.

Passed a 2 step challenge and received the funded account after a few days. All good so far, BTC spread could be better but apart from that they have good trading conditions with their broker. ------------------------------------ Update a couple weeks later, got first payout after a day or so, not bad.
