Initially, I had a very positive impression of AquaFunded. The platform was easy to use, the trading conditions were competitive, and the dashboard was well designed. I also appreciated the clear challenge structure and, because AquaFunded was listed on PropFirmMatch, I believed I was dealing with a professional and trustworthy firm. Unfortunately, my opinion changed completely when it came to my payout request and the way my case was handled.
The payout process and the complete lack of transparency. After months of work, my payout was rejected and both of my profitable accounts were closed based on allegations that I strongly dispute. Despite repeatedly asking for detailed evidence, I never received a clear explanation or information that allowed me to understand or verify the accusations.

Alleged device sharing and accessing another customer’s account.
Summary
After months of trading, AquaFunded rejected my $1,500 payout and closed both of my profitable accounts, claiming that my device had accessed another customer’s account. This never happened. I have never logged into another customer’s AquaFunded account from any device, and no one has ever had access to my trading environment. I repeatedly requested evidence, but only received an unexplained Device CID screenshot with masked account numbers that, in my view, did not substantiate such a serious allegation.

Aqua Funded Prop Firm from my experience in the last 3 weeks plus is a good firm. Their trading condition is smooth. Their customer support is very very swift to respond to enquiries just within a minute you are responded to. Their products are nice. They have a default 90% profit split which is rare in the industry and traders can upgrade to 100% splits as add on at checkout. Overall, I rate the firm well.

What I like most about Aqua Funded is its reputation and reliability. The firm has been in the industry for a long time, and compared to many newer prop firms, I don't see many complaints from traders. That gave me the confidence to purchase three 2-Step Elite accounts. I also appreciate their responsive customer support and the overall trading experience, which has been smooth so far.
The main thing I liked least was the slippage I experienced on a US30 market order. My 2.5-lot trade was filled with around 17 points of slippage, which was disappointing. I also think the 2-minute minimum trade holding rule is unnecessary and could be improved to give traders more flexibility.
