Actually, a problem caused me to write this review here. The trades I opened in Matchtrader started to close by themselves. Because of this, I lost about 700$ in my funded account. I asked to change the platform, and I didn't ask for any compensation for my losses, because companies don't take responsibility in such cases. However, the friends in customer support quickly took care of the situation and added all the losses to my balance, even though I didn't ask for them. They also took immediate action to change the platform. I had 2 open transactions and asked them to wait for them to close, during which time they again showed interest and followed the situation. I stated that we can switch to mt5 when the trades are closed. While I was waiting for the transaction to be completed after 1 day, my 2 accounts were moved to MT5 and activated within 30 minutes. I have never seen a faster and more responsive approach to a problem. I would like to thank them very much. Of course, technical failures happen, the important thing is the approach of the company. Aqua Funded employees impressed me a lot in this regard.

Overall experience has been very smooth and quick. My payout came much sooner than I expected. The only thing I don't like are the tight drawdown limits.

the firm is good enough, low spread and no hiddenrules, trading in news is permitted. after past challenges need 2 days to get funded account. hopely at future can give daily drawdown with 5%

This is the only prop-firm i have used and they have been so caring and quick to answer my requests with no issues. One of the best customer services i have experienced and after every phase, they reviewed my trading quickly and provided me with the next phase account quickly with no problem i haven't traded the real account yet and idk about the payout process. so i can't comment but i am trusting that it will be like the customer care and be 5 star. i will definitely be buying more challenges from aqua funded

Got my payout partially denied because I traded 20 lots USDJPY 2 minutes and 7 seconds before an AUD news (the trade lasted ~1 hour) Their rules say you cannot trade news 2 minute before and after RED NEWS if you're using more than 25% of your margin or you get your profit deducted. Their leverage is 1:100 as they advertise on website so 20 lots USDJPY is almost 20% of margin. Also to be precise opening the trade 2 minutes and 7 seconds is still in the rules. I basically got blatantly scammed even if my trade was within the rules

They have faster support costumer via Discord. 2-3 min take help with your problem or resolve your question. The firm still having MT5 and this is the best platform to trading. Have not hide rules and no restriction rules to trading.

I've just gotten my 4th payout with Aquafunded, their trading conditions are the best in the industry,. Mostly it's their support system that are very helpful and answer all questions asked..

I have purchased a $10k 2 step funded challenge account from Aqua Funded. The dashboard was very user friendly and the spread were low as compared to other firms. I recently got an issue in my account but the customer care was quick and my issue got solved pretty quickly under 24 hours

Aqua is flawless tbh, trading conditions are great, customer support is unreal, will literally assist you with any query within seconds and will be resolved within 10 minutes, no matter how complex the case 4 payouts so far, all within 36 hrs with the most recent taking only half a day the only possible downside I could think of is upgrading the quality of the dashboard a little, adding a minimum trading day counter etc Overall the trading experience is perfect here, much prefer trading here over fundingpips and other big names
