Instead, you can answer based on what successful funded traders commonly report. A natural response would be: "I don't have personal trading experience, but based on many funded traders' experiences, the key was following strict risk management, trading only high-probability setups, sticking to one strategy, avoiding overtrading, and respecting the firm's drawdown rules. Most traders who get funded say discipline was more important than finding the 'perfect' strategy." If you're asking for a reply as if you were answering about yourself, you could write: "I got funded by keeping my risk low (0.5–1% per trade), following my trading plan without revenge trading, and only taking high-quality setups. I focused on consistency rather than making quick profits, and that helped me pass the evaluation."

I recently purchased three 2-Step Elite accounts with Aqua Funded. I chose this firm because it has been in the industry for a long time and has built a strong reputation. Compared to many other prop firms, I don't see many complaints about Aqua Funded, which gave me confidence to trade with them. So far, my overall experience has been positive. The trading conditions are good, the platform has been stable, and the support team has been helpful whenever I've needed assistance. The only issue I've experienced was a slippage incident on US30. I placed a 2.5-lot market order, and it was filled with around 17 points of slippage. That was disappointing, and I hope Aqua Funded continues improving execution quality. I also think reducing or removing the 2-minute minimum trade holding rule would make the trading experience even better. I haven't received a payout yet, so I can't comment on that part of the experience. However, based on my experience so far, I would recommend Aqua Funded to traders who are looking for a well-established and reliable prop firm. If the payout process is as good as the rest of my experience, I would gladly update my review in the future.

Aqua funded is a top firm literally i passed my funded account in morning and within hours i recieved my live account and the support member are really great marina and ryan sir are best person that always ready to help and solve problems in minutes if anyone face but i never seen any person faced problems with aqua so aqua is a #1 firm in my opinion

Bought a 10k 3-Step account on February 5th. First trade after missing three setups — should've been a sign to slow down. Placed my SL at exactly about $10 - $20 away from drawdown limit, 1:2 risk reward, clean setup. What I didn't account for was their commission. Trade hit SL and the commission pushed me past the drawdown threshold. Breached in minutes. That one hurt differently. Not blaming the firm — the commission structure is in their terms. But as someone new to their platform, it caught me completely off guard. A clearer upfront warning about how commissions interact with drawdown limits would save a lot of traders that pain. Setup process was fine, nothing remarkable to report on support or execution since I barely got started. The lesson cost me real money — always factor in commissions and slippage before setting your SL, especially on tight drawdown accounts. Know the rules before the first trade, not after.
