Blue Guardian has decent customer support, with a responsive team and an active community. The trading conditions weren’t great for me—BTC and other pairs had high spreads, which made trading expensive. Execution and slippage were okay, but not exceptional. The dashboard was user-friendly, As for payouts, I didn’t reach that stage, but they claim to process withdrawals bi-weekly. Overall, I’d rate them a 3/5—solid but not outstanding, especially with those spreads.

I have multiple payouts from BG and was a great experience but my last payout was rejected and account was breached because of some confusion to BG but the good thing is after long long review they came up with a solution either i can get a retry or refund and accepted the offer and i guess its a fair deal.

What I appreciate most about Blue Guardian is their exceptional support. The team, especially Mishael, Crownstar, Rolex, and everyone else on the Discord server, are always ready to assist and guide. And the fact that the COO, Eric, personally reached out to acknowledge my success speaks volumes about their commitment.
Honestly, there's a significant concern I must now highlight. While I previously would have mentioned only minor issues like the brief period when VPS usage was restricted (which, thankfully, Blue Guardian quickly reinstated after listening to users), my biggest disappointment is the unexplained closure of my two $200,000 funded accounts. This action, coupled with the lack of transparency and refusal to explain which rules were allegedly broken, is by far the most problematic aspect of my experience.

My positive experience was significantly undermined when Blue Guardian recently closed two of my $200,000 funded accounts without any clear explanation or reason given. For one of these accounts, I was informed that they would process the final payout, and then the account would be immediately closed. Despite repeated requests for clarification on which of their rules I supposedly broke, so I could learn from the experience, they have provided no explanation. This lack of transparency is a serious concern and has unfortunately led to a significant loss of trust.
