Title: 5 Days of False Demands, Passed Liveness Test & Still Denied Verification - Account #550596 Review: I am extremely disappointed with Blue Guardian's support and compliance team. I have been trying to verify my Account # 550596 for the past 5 days. My account is 100% under my own name, and my CNIC matches all my details. I have already passed the 3D Liveness Verification, sent high-resolution CNIC photos, screen recordings, and a live ID-holding selfie as demanded. Despite completing all their demands, they falsely accused me of "Third-Party KYC" simply because SumSub's automated system could not read the Urdu script on my Pakistani National ID card. I have challenged this decision and offered a live video call verification with my original government-issued ID to prove my identity, but they refuse to resolve it. This is completely unfair and looks like a tactic to stall my payout. I demand upper management to intervene, perform a manual/live verification, and approve my account immediately.

(1) Competition Ranking & First Funded Account: After competing in multiple monthly competitions (breaching around 10 competition accounts during my learning phase), I secured 4th place in the June competition. As a result of this ranking, I was awarded a $50,000 Instant Standard Account. I actively traded this account for one month, successfully met all operational requirements, and received my first payout. Following the payout, this initial account was subsequently breached. (2) Second Funded Account Purchase & Second Payout Request: On August 16, I purchased a new $50,000 Instant Standard Account. After trading actively on this account for 10 days, I requested my second payout. (3)Clarification Regarding Communication: As English is not my native language, I kindly request that any previous communication or language limitations not be misunderstood or treated as a compliance issue. My focus remains entirely on delivering transparent trading results and adhering to firm rules. (4). Supporting Documentation: I am prepared to attach all relevant dashboard screenshots, including: First $50k Account trading history & payout proof Second $50k Account trading history & payout request status Official Competition Leaderboard Dashboard verifying my 4th-place ranking I respectfully request that the Risk Team conduct a manual audit of my dashboard, verify the history of both accounts, and process my pending request. Blue Guardian offers an attractive funding model on paper, but the actual live execution environment is incredibly hostile for disciplined risk-management strategies, particularly for Gold (XAUUSD) traders. Bought the instant account, checked the rules, made confirmations on everything regarding the account from support and earned enough for one time payout. Yet what happened during payout, rejected on basis of high margin rule which is not mentioned under instant starter account rules and to top it off when asked support, the guy started going on about the policies which are not even mentioned under the account rules but seperately on site. This is one time payout account and even on this payout is being rejected due to policies which is not mentioned under account rules.

I had a very disappointing experience with Blue Guardian. I received a $5,000 Starter account as an affiliate reward and successfully completed all 5 profitable trading days, reaching a balance of $5,189.24. The problem was KYC. My original and valid government-issued ID was detected by their automated verification system as “Not Original/Forgery.” I contacted their team, provided clear evidence of my physical ID, and was informed that Blue Guardian does not conduct manual verification. Their Compliance team gave me one more opportunity to verify. I used another phone with a much better camera and submitted the same original ID again. It was still rejected as “Forgery.” Blue Guardian then repeatedly told me they would issue a refund and repeatedly requested my TRC-20 wallet address. After I finally provided it, they told me that “upon further review” my account had been issued free as an affiliate reward and therefore no refund could be provided. They later clarified that the proposed refund itself was intended as goodwill compensation because Starter accounts are normally non-refundable. Since my account had no purchase price, they offered no refund and no alternative compensation. Their team then confirmed that the decision was final. I fully acknowledge that this account was issued as an affiliate reward. I also understand that the $189.24 trading profit was not yet an eligible payout, and I am not claiming that Blue Guardian owed me $189.24 as a payout. My issue is the lack of a reasonable resolution. Receiving an account free of charge does not erase the fact that I spent 5 profitable trading days trading on their platform and made legitimate progress. Had I breached the account through my own trading, I would have accepted that outcome. Instead, my progress became worthless because an automated KYC system rejected my original ID, while Blue Guardian offered no manual verification route. Even after fully cooperating and completing their additional verification attempt, there was no alternative solution. Automated KYC can fail. What matters is what a firm does when it fails. In my case, the answer was effectively: no manual verification, no alternative verification, no compensation, and the decision is final. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Blue Guardian. Traders should consider not only a firm's trading conditions, but also what happens if their automated KYC system incorrectly rejects a legitimate document.
