What I liked most was how quickly and clearly the support team responded when I reached out about the KYC documents I’d need. I’m currently in Phase 2 and very close to passing, so it was helpful to know exactly what to prepare beforehand as was worried that the documents i have may not be accepted. The whole process has been smooth and the support has been great. As for what I liked least, honestly, I haven’t had any major issues so far. Hopefully the KYC verification is just as smooth once I pass Phase 2.

I love the spread or the firm's best spread in the industry till now I have seen no slipage nothing even if news I never seen a slippage it's been 5 months best spread till now rest trading conditions are also but it's for old ac i am not sure about new ac type but i think is sure spread best .

I’ve been a long-term Blueberry Funded customer. I’ve purchased around 46 Instant accounts till now. I want to be fair I have breached many other accounts through drawdown, and I accept those losses. My concern is specifically three accounts terminated on 23 June, with balances of approximately $3,750, $3,650 and $3,950, when I was approaching payout eligibility. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I was a long-term customer who purchased many accounts and received payouts, but three accounts were terminated when I was approaching payout based on serious allegations that I could not independently verify. The lack of transparency around the evidence and the inability to access the technical records supporting the decision is my biggest concern.

Summary
Blueberry cited six tickets as “sub-minute round-trips”: 10751164/65, 10560067/68 and 10882441/42. These were actually three manually entered positions, with each position appearing as two split tickets in the dashboard (e.g. 1.20 lots shown as 1.00 + 0.20). I disputed the allegation and also could not locate six other tickets they referenced. Blueberry ultimately said the decision was based on my overall trading pattern, but when I asked for the technical basis, they said the records were internal and could not be shared externally.

I was previously paid over $25K by Blueberry without issues. Now my $100K funded account was breached and payout refused because of a rule that was not clearly disclosed. I respected the 1% risk limit, and my second trade was opened 12 minutes later, while their FAQ references 10 minutes for the same trade idea. Now my $200K funded account payout is also at risk because of the same rule. I have screenshots, timestamps and their FAQ as evidence. Payout-critical rules should be clearly disclosed before trading, not at payout time.

Hi Mellel, Our risk rules are published, not applied at payout time. The Risk Limiter article on our Help Center sets out the 1% limit, how a trade idea is counted and the timing that goes with it, and you were notified in writing before these trades were placed. That is the standard we hold ourselves to as well, which is exactly why the timestamps you've raised matter and why I'm checking them against the article as written. On the wider point, you have been paid by us before without issue, and we have no interest in ending a working relationship with a profitable trader. I HAVE BEEN USING BLUEBERRY FROM THE TIME THEY ARE AT THE INDUSTRY AND THEY HASN'T DENIED ANY PAYOUT. THE BEST THING IS THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CONSISTENCY RULE AND TO KEEP IN MIND THEY SHOULD HAVE KEEP THE MARTINGALE RULE TO AVOID BEGINNERS FROM OVERTRADING. OVERALL AS A TRADER THE FIRM IS GOOD.
