Summary
Blueberry Funded withheld my requested payout and closed my account, alleging a breach of Sections 12.2(g) and 12.3. I personally managed and traded my account, completed the compliance interview, and answered all questions honestly. The firm refused to provide specific evidence supporting its allegation and confirmed that its decision is final. I believe I have been treated unfairly and request an independent review of my case and withheld payout.

Your account was closed under Sections 12.2(g) and 12.3 of our Terms and Conditions after a compliance review, and those sections apply to every account on the platform. Some details of a compliance review can't be shared, because sharing them would weaken the checks that protect every trader. That is not the same as having no evidence.
