It is good firm and its trading conditions is very good and all thinks in trader favour and i suggest good for all traders and it has spread and trading conditions is very good

I would gave it 10/10 only if they actually fixed their slippage issue. It’s crazy how you get slippage on limit order. I asked many times the support why this happens, but after the 10th massage they finally admitted that limit orders when they are hit execute market. This is the only bad thing I can say but is a huge deal breaker for my strategy.

Misleading Marketing, Truncated MT5 Feed, and Poor Customer Treatment! It was never my intention to complain or raise disputes, but the way I was treated as a customer is completely unfair and disloyal,whether for a new client or a long-term one. What is advertised on the BrightFunded website does not match the reality of the service provided, mainly due to two major hidden issues and severe support failure: 1. Truncated MT5 Data Feed (Defective Digital Product): Upon setting up my MetaTrader 5 terminal, I discovered that the price history is severely truncated and lacks long-term historical data. As a technical trader, reliable historical data is essential for accurate chart analysis and execution. This restriction likely due to server cost-cutting on cheaper server instances was never disclosed prior to purchase. A trading platform without standard historical price feed is inherently defective. 2. Deceptive "New Client Bonus" & Hidden Terms: Their promotional "$1K New Client Bonus" features unannounced sequence requirements. You are forced to claim the bonus before completing the account purchase, rather than applying it smoothly during or after checkout. This mandatory order of operations is hidden from the main landing page, misleading customers into missing out on advertised offers. 3. Terrible Support Experience (3 Human Agents): I had to interact with three separate human agents, not just bots: The first agent treated me with complete disrespect, making me feel like an idiot for pointing out these issues. The second agent attempted to dismiss the problem with vague excuses. Only the third agent finally acknowledged the failure and explicitly apologized in writing for giving "contradictory messages”. Despite this written admission of error, BrightFunded still refused a simple €66.99 refund, hiding behind rigid "trading has commenced" waivers—ignoring the fact that the service itself was fundamentally flawed upon delivery. I have already raised a formal payment dispute via my bank and filed an official report with the Dutch Consumer Authority (ACM ConsuWijzer). Potential clients should be aware of these hidden server limitations, bonus traps, and poor customer support before buying.

Overall, BrightFunded offers a professional platform with clear account structures, a smooth dashboard and fast payout processing. The trading conditions are generally competitive, and my payouts were processed successfully. Support has also been responsive when contacted. Overall, the firm has a solid setup and can be a good option for traders looking for funded trading opportunities.

The firm has a very conducive trading environment, great dashboard but generally the payout speed is great. Requested my payout and it was approved and paid into my wallet in less than 10 minutes.

I joined BrightFunded in October 2025, purchased 4 challenges worth $1,810 (€1,584), and received $23,044 in payouts. Unfortunately, what followed has been months of repeated account terminations, serious accusations, and endless emails. After passing my first evaluation, I was placed under a 1% daily risk limit with leverage reduced to 1:5. My trading history showed mostly 1-2% risk per trade and margin usage around 10-15%. After I raised the issue publicly, CEO Jelle personally reviewed my case, acknowledged that the Risk Department had made a mistake, and eventually removed the restrictions after I deleted my reviews. A few months later, after generating approximately 20% profit on my funded account and passing another evaluation using the same strategy, BrightFunded suddenly accused me of malicious trading, overexposure, account rolling, and organised group hedging. My accounts were terminated or denied, and my repeated requests for trade-specific evidence were refused. After weeks of emails, Jelle agreed to investigate again, but only after I removed all my public reviews. Following the investigation, they agreed to reinstate my accounts under a 1% daily risk limit. Only one account was restored, while the other remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. Then, after requesting another payout, I was selected for a Risk interview. I completed it, but days later, BrightFunded informed me that their camera had continued recording after the interview ended and captured a conversation between me and my roommate. They claimed something said during that conversation indicated potential misuse of their system and terminated my account AGAIN. I repeatedly asked for the relevant footage or even the exact statement that led to this decision. I offered to provide my roommate's consent, but they refused every request, citing privacy and their internal review process. Now my emails are going unanswered again. To give credit where it's due, BrightFunded has paid my approved payouts, including the latest one. But paying my earned money doesn't justify repeated terminations, unexplained accusations, and months of stress. I spent months earning these accounts, only to spend even more time fighting to keep them. I genuinely cannot recommend BrightFunded based on my experience.

I joined them because of the 1k free account promotion but their firm is appealing, my payout got finalized in less than a hour i was impressed. I believe they have a good future if they keep doing what they're doing
