As we told you, there were not any technical error, so we can't give you back your account because closing the account was correct.

In their email, they stated: "There were no technical errors, so we can't give you back your account because closing the account was correct." They refuse to admit any fault. Regarding my account, there were two technical errors that led to me holding two opposite positions, resulting in a claim of 'hedging rule' breach: (1) The position stop-loss (SL) did not trigger properly, closing only 20% of my position, and in some cases, not closing anything at all. (2)The conditional trigger order did not close my position but opened an opposite one instead. Despite communicating with customer support, they continue to reject my appeals and deny my account restoration. Additionally, they keep deleting my messages, which is disappointing and shows they are afraid of clients exposing their unethical behavior. Without proper clarification, I believe this platform operates like a scam, taking users' funds without any valid reason. Please be cautious and avoid using this service, as they will take your funds without justification.

I'm currently funded with them for more than one month. Got 2 payouts. CFT is a good firm but they need some improvements. Payout process should be smooth and fast. Dashboard doesn't have very much information and data so it needs to be improved. They don't offer XAUUSD(gold) as pair for trading. In short I'm satisfied because they are paying.

Payment was rejected from this company, and my account was banned. customer service is slow and not user focused. Communication seems to get worse as we receive payout. When my payout was not given, I had valid reasons, maybe they did too, but since we could not even establish communication after the rejection, it was left open-ended and my efforts should not have been thrown aside so easily.

I have been trading with CFT for over 50 days, my experience with them has been absolutely amazing. I love their trading conditions, (Tight Spreads on forex and crypto). I majorly traded forex pairs and dabbled on crypto on weekends. The only area that could be improved is their dashboard. Everything else is great. The payout process and KYC process was fast

This prop firm has bullied me with multiple payout denials. The firm claims that I have multiple CFT users on my specific IP address, which is total rubbish and untrue. checking their profile on trustpilot, I can see that I am not the only one who has been accused of this and I can also see that they only bring this up exactly when you request for payout. the firm is not ready to review their system or work with us for a solution. they just leave me hanging there and refuse to respond to emails. i think this is 100% a scam.
