Fair evaluation and trading rules. Helpful support staff when queries and problems occur. Cant make a genuine fault on them and will stick with e8 for the foreseeable!

This is one of my favorite prop firms, highly reputable and reliable when it comes to payout. Unfortunately, one of its biggest drawbacks is the restriction on the certain account types for clients from Indonesia

I had a very good experience with E8. I successfully passed my $50k challenge and received my payout without any issues, which shows their reliability. The dashboard is very user-friendly and makes tracking progress easy. I now also have two more challenges with them ($100k and $500k), and so far the process has been smooth and straightforward. One thing I like is that the drawdown rules are clear, and accounts don’t reset after payouts, which gives confidence to keep trading. Overall, E8 is a solid and trustworthy prop firm for serious traders.

Disappointing Shift in Values I initially had high hopes for E8 Markets, but my recent experiences have been deeply disappointing. I had two 100k accounts where I worked hard and successfully passed Phase 1 without breaching any daily or overall drawdown limits. Rather than allowing me to progress to Phase 2, I received a generic email claiming my risk management was poor and accusing me of one-sided betting. This was far from the truth—yes, most of my profits came from buy trades, but that was because the market was bullish at the time. This isn’t reckless trading, it’s simply trading in line with market conditions, which in my view, is safe trading. Previously, on my funded account, they even deducted part of my payout, again accusing me of one-sided betting, when in reality, I was following the market trend. Their customer service is polite and responsive, but their actions reflect a lack of genuine trader support. I was informed that, under their terms, they could have terminated my account but would "generously" restart my Phase 1 instead. While I did get my full refund in a timely manner, it doesn’t compensate for the wasted time and effort it took to complete Phase 1. E8 Markets used to be a decent platform, but they’ve let me down too many times now. Unless they make it clear upfront what their exact expectations are—both for the challenge and for funded accounts—I can’t recommend them. Safe to say, I won’t be trading with E8 Markets again until they improve transparency and become more trader-friendly.

E8 is a good firm the customer care is great, the dashboard is smooth, and I received my payout on time. The only thing is their spreads aren’t very tight, but they’re not too bad either. Personally, I prefer tighter spreads, but overall it’s a solid firm and definitely in my top 3.

For some, their rules may be too complicated, but it is the rules that make a trader profitable. I was looking for props where the requirements are not so strict - there was no result. I also want to note the work of support, customer service. There is where to turn for help. They respond quickly and help solve the problem or direct you where to go. A separate advantage is payment on demand. This allows the trader to receive profit when it is convenient. You fulfill the requirements and you decide when to receive the payment. I have traded with E8 for a few months now and it has smooth the whole way. The evaluation process is straightforward with no hidden rules and I think the dashboard is the best amongst the other props I've tried. I've received a few payouts already, and each one has been quick (usually within 1-2 days) and without the drama of other firms. I recommend trying E8 if you are on the fence and looking for a new prop firm to try.
