Dynamic drawdown is the same thing as trailing drawdown for anyone who’s confused about it. I absolutely hate it. Honestly had I known their accounts consisted of trailing drawdown I wouldn’t have purchased the accounts. They’re known to payout but they’d be a good prop firm if they just stuck with EOD instead of dynamic drawdown on top of a 40% consistency rule in the funded stage.

One downside I’ve noticed is the lack of challenge options. It would be great to see more variety in account types or challenge models to better suit different trading styles and preferences. Having more flexibility in this area would make the firm even more appealing to a wider range of traders.

Summary
I managed to pass the evaluation but was pushed back to phase 1 due to "one sided betting" for risking 1.2% on a single trade. the rule is very subjective and I think is very unfair considering it was only ONE trade and it never says in the rules that you can't risk over 1% on a trade.

I want to warn others about my experience with E8 Markets. After trading on their platform, my account was suddenly marked as “failed”, but the situation is far from fair or transparent. First of all, I experienced serious technical issues. The platform (MetaTrader 5) frequently froze, making it impossible to open or close trades at critical moments. At one point, I manually tried to close my trades at around a $2,500 loss, but the system did not respond. Because of this failure, my losses increased beyond my control.
