My experience with E8 Markets has been excellent so far. The dashboard is very user-friendly, and I never experienced any update or synchronization issues. I also tested their live chat support and consistently got a response within a minute—everyone I spoke to was polite and genuinely helpful. I’ve withdrawn around $10,000 in profits and the payout speed honestly surprised me. It took roughly half a day for the funds to arrive in my Rise account, and then less than 12 hours from Rise to my bank account. They also have an active Discord community where It’s easy to get quick answers and engage with other E8 traders. I chose E8 primarily because they offer challenges with up to 14% total drawdown and 9% daily drawdown, plus 100% payout on demand. I haven’t found many other prop firms offering that much drawdown with this kind of overall experience. I’m definitely not disappointed with E8. If you’re looking for a solid, beginner-friendly, and reliable prop firm, I can absolutely recommend them.

First, the E8 interface is very helpful for traders. There aren't too many hidden rules; it's very transparent. Regarding payouts, the team processes them very quickly; it only took me about 48 hours to receive my reward. This is a fund worth trying to challenge yourself with.

I am quite satisfied with E8’s service. Customer support is enthusiastic and responsive, the platform interface is user-friendly and easy to use, and payouts are processed and received on the same day. However, the approval process for live accounts currently takes quite a long time. I am not sure whether there has been any internal restructuring, but previously the live account was approved immediately after the accuracy and validity of personal documents were confirmed. Recently, it has often taken 2–3 days for approval and live account issuance. I hope E8 will soon update and improve this process. Thinh Ho.
