I have been trading with FTP for some while now they are my favourite and only prop firm I use! I use there instant account, the rules are explained well! You’re able to trade the news, hedge and they have no consistency rule that works perfect for someone like me who has a busy life and doesn’t do the same amount every day. I have my own personal point of contact Haniska who is brilliant, goes above and beyond - absolutely wonderful person and a real asset to the company! I will forever be a FTP advocate as I’ve been trading for 10+ years I usto trade my own money but now I’ve been using instant funded account I realised I was missing out on so much opportunity. FTP will always do what they can to support and help you with your trading journey, unlike other prop firms they don’t want you to fail they want you to win because when you win they also win!

FTP have consistently given excellent service both at a platform level and, importantly, with Clients. Responses are fast, clearly understandable whether via 'Live Chat' or by email, and I genuinely would recommend any new/future clients to look at FTP for prop funding.

What I appreciated about this pro firm is the quality of customer service. I had not traded for a while, and I did not realize my inactivity limit was about to be breached. When it was breached I was quite upset as my account was canceled for this reason. So I emailed the support for funded trading plus, and they emailed back. A person named Faghra responded to my email on the same day, and said. As a gesture of goodwill they will resume my account, which was a huge relief to me. As this was my own mistake. So I was very thankful to Faghra and the company for doing this as they did not have to.

In my opinion, FT+ offers the best terms for prop traders. I've been trading there for a while now and have always received great support. Especially after the recent migration to MatchTrader, I had some issues with my login until Faghra looked into it and resolved the problem. That's exactly what you'd expect from friendly and competent service.

I had a difficult start after the Funded Trading Plus platform migration, as I was unable to access my account despite several follow-ups. This eventually led to an inactivity issue, even though the inactivity was caused by the unresolved login problem. Once Faghra became involved, the experience improved significantly. She was polite, patient, professional, and very accommodating throughout the process. She took the time to understand the issue, arranged an exception to reinstate my account, reset the necessary access details, gave clear instructions, and followed up to make sure everything had been resolved. I really appreciated her patience with all the back-and-forth and the way she handled the matter calmly and helpfully. In the end, I was able to log in and place a trade successfully. Thank you, Faghra, for turning a frustrating situation into a positive support experience.
