Major improvements and fair payouts I want to update my experience with Funded Elite because the issues I previously faced have now been properly addressed. The team reviewed my situation, clarified the rules, and fixed the problems around analytics, hedging accusations, and payout uncertainty. Since then, payouts have been handled fairly and transparently, exactly as outlined. The process is now clear, predictable, and professional. What I appreciate most is that they actually listened to feedback and made real changes, rather than ignoring traders. The dashboard requirements are clearer, the payout structure is respected, and communication has improved. No prop firm is perfect, but what matters is how they respond when problems are raised. Customer care is a standout feature, with staff who are polite, responsive, and willing to engage with traders. Overall, the trading environment is solid and well-suited for disciplined traders. However, the payout experience raises some concerns. In my case, a profitable account was flagged for IP-related issues due to my ISP’s use of dynamic IP addresses, resulting in a reduced payout to 30% of total profit. This can be a significant risk for traders in regions like Nigeria, where dynamic IP address routing is common. While FundedElite does pay, greater transparency around IP enforcement and clearer disclosure of VPN/IP policies would greatly improve trust.

Excellent customer service. I breached the weekend trading rule during step 2 and the support decided to offer me a free retry. I was expecting the retry to start from step 2 instead it was back on step 1. But overall I am very satisfied with how they handled the issue.

Great firm, great Rules and I love the 14% drawdown which is static,mind boggling 😱😧. Idk any firm that has this much big drawdown. Dashboard is also good.

Their trading rules is a bit harder to follow compared to most of the prop firms. I was able to get my payout but it took 7 days total. You cannot trade your account during that 7 days. That means some opportunity is lost.

funded elite is one of best prop firm. I had a problem with them and they helped me resolve it. Their customer support is very good. I haven't received funded from them yet and I can't comment on the refund process.
