$100K 2-STEP Challenge passed both phase 1 & 2, FUNDEDNEXT waited for me to fail but that never happened, they deactivated my account and refused to give me funded account saying I traded via US IP. I then bought $100K 1-STEP challenge, I passed again, got funded but they sent me a limitation mail limiting my per trade risk to 1% - FINAL WARNING. Because of that I stopped trading and waiting for my payout, but a day after (today), I got a deactivation email saying I used quick strike method. My challenge fee ($750+) gone, profits of $5500+ gone, account deactivated. I learnt my lesson the hard way. ****AVOID FUNDEDNEXT, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR ANY FUNDED ACCOUNT*********

Payout denied after 4% profit with 1 trade per account – conflict with published “one-sided betting” definition and support confirmation. Trading activity Instrument: XAUUSD Trades executed: 1 single manual trade per account Risk rules: respected Result: approximately 4% profit per account Total expected payout: approx. 12,000 USD No grid trading, martingale, automation, or copy- trading software was used. Reason given by FundedNext After the profit was achieved, both funded accounts were closed and the entire profit was deducted (100%), resulting in zero payout, for alleged violation of: “One-sided betting” Critical issues 1) Conflict with FundedNext’s own public definition FundedNext publicly defines one-sided betting as: continuous buying or selling, multiple repeated positions in the same direction, absence of technical/fundamental analysis, example: opening many positions (or a large one) continuously on the same or multiple assets. In my case: only one trade per account was executed, no repeated or continuous trading, no grid, no scaling, no multiple entries. This does not match their own published definition. 2) I contacted live support to clarify how this scenario is classified under FundedNext rules. The purpose was to understand the correct interpretation of the policy, not to retroactively justify the trade. I contacted FundedNext live support to clarify whether this exact scenario was allowed: two funded accounts, same instrument (XAUUSD), manual execution, no copy trading, respecting risk rules. The support agent confirmed in writing that this would not cause any issue as long as risk rules were respected. I later recovered the full chat from the platform history and recorded a screen video clearly showing: FundedNext official website, date and time, my question, the support agent’s confirmation. Despite this evidence, the compliance team refused to reconsider. 3) Lack of technical explanation I formally requested a detailed explanation of: how exactly my single trade per account constitutes “one-sided betting”, how it violates their written definition and the support guidance. No technical breakdown was provided. Only a repeated statement that the decision is “final” and profits are “deductible”. Consequences As a result, I: lost the entire payout (~12,000 USD), permanently lost two funded accounts (200k and 100k), despite acting in good faith and based on written guidance from their own support team.

The platform is technically stable, spreads are reasonable, and the evaluation process is clearly structured. The dashboard is easy to use and trade execution was smooth.

Least Liked Aspect

The lack of consistency between the support team and the compliance team, the subjective interpretation of trading rules. Additionally, the absence of clear quantitative criteria for “one-sided betting” creates uncertainty and exposes traders to unexpected payout denials.

One-sided betting (alleged directional exposure)

Summary

My payment was denied in full (100%) following the closure of my two funded accounts by FundedNext, due to an alleged violation of the “one-sided betting” rule. The case involved one $200,000 funded account and one $100,000 funded account, with a total expected payout of approximately $12,000. All trades were executed in compliance with the platform’s quantitative risk parameters, and both accounts were active and eligible for payout at the time of the request. After meeting the payout requirements, I was informed by the FundedNext Trading Standards and Ethics team that both accounts had been permanently closed, my strategy had been classified as “one-sided betting,” and the payout had been cancelled in its entirety, without any prior warning or notification.

I have 150 emails going back and forth with them. I worked hard for my payout which is small, like 2k, and they have not given me any reason why they won't pay. They keep asking me to do the same thing 10 times, "wallet address issue", "show us proof of your rise account being verified", then really, I have shown them my Rise account MORE THAN TEN TIMES, and they keep telling me to do the same thing. Rise support also confirmed, THEY DO NOT NEED A WALLET ADDRESS TO PAY YOU regarding Rise payments. FundedNext has taken up a lot of my time, and they refuse to pay out still, and keep telling me to do the same exact thing 10 times. When I give them what they ask 10 times, they say thank you and you will get your payout 24-48 hours later, and then nothing happens. They have told me to re-request my payout 7 times now. I have 150 emails with them going back and forth about this and I will be reporting them to as many review places as possible.

Summary

I said in the description of my review. They just refuse to pay me by sending me around in cricles asking me for the same exact thing I have already sent them, 10 times. With many things, like my Rise account approval, new wallet address etc. I have complied with their repeated repetitive requests, and they still refuse to pay me. I have a 150 page email thread with them going back and forth. read my review and you will see what I am talking about.

The first time I bought a challenge account was at the Propfirm FundedNext company, from my first purchase I managed to complete the challenge and managed to get the account funded until I finally succeeded in taking my first withdrawl. However, from my first withdrawal, my account was breached unilaterally without a clear reason. After I investigated it, it turned out that during the first withdrawal my profit was more than 5%. From this withdrawal, their system detected that my balance account was reduced by more than 5%, so it was detected as a violation. daily drawdown... but fortunately my account can be reactivated and can trade again after filing a protest with them... my suggestion is to improve the system, differentiate between profit withdrawal and daily drawdown….. after my account was reactivated, my first payout was not paid... from then on I did not cooperate with them again🤮

Hello Kaspul Anwar, We hope this message reaches you well. We are contacting you to address specific concerns that have arisen from a review of your recent trading activity on FundedNext. Our investigation has identified a pattern in your account that indicates a potential violation of our trading policies. Specifically, we have observed examples of trading activity in your account that is very similar to activity in other traders' accounts. Such patterns raise questions about the possibility of similar trading which is strictly prohibited under our policies. This includes similar trades between accounts that are not owned by the same individual. In addition, activities such as “Skip Your Challenge” services, “Copy Trading Services” or “Signal Services” are not allowed on our platform.
