I bought my $50k challenge account over 6 months ago, I passed the account 2 weeks ago, signed the KYC documents, I was told it'd take 72 hours, after 72hours, I didn't hear anything from them. My experience with them wasn't so good I set my stop loss and slept off only for me to wake up and lose way more than what I calculated I was to lose $50 for ended up losing 138$ and this haven't happen before on challenge phases I feel bad because I later lost the account, and when I complain to customer service about it they blame it on me saying I was the one at fault

Customer service is very good and their payouts are quick and efficient. Got two warnings about my trading, but here I am securing my third payout which is pretty sick!
