I recently received a payout from FundedNext and the experience was very smooth. The payment was processed extremely fast (under 2 minutes), which really impressed me. The platform rules are clear, and the overall process was straightforward. My experience so far has been positive, especially regarding payout speed and transparency.

I am submitting this as a formal complaint regarding FundedNext and what I consider to be unfair and retroactive changes to their trading conditions after I had already entered and successfully passed their evaluation challenge. At the time I enrolled in the challenge, there was no rule requiring mandatory closure of trades before the weekend. Based on the published trading conditions, I invested significant time and capital to complete the challenge. I also paid a higher fee for a swap-free account specifically because my trading strategy relies on holding positions over extended periods. After successfully passing the challenge, I was informed of a trading cycle rule that resulted in trades being automatically closed at the end of the cycle without prior individualized notice. Although this rule was not clearly disclosed at the outset, I accepted it and adjusted accordingly. However, approximately one month ago, FundedNext implemented a new rule requiring all trades to be closed before the weekend. This rule materially alters the trading conditions under which I initially participated. My strategy is built around medium- to longer-term position holding, and this new restriction directly impacts my ability to trade as originally intended. In my view, introducing material rule changes after participants have already paid fees, passed evaluations, and committed capital raises concerns regarding fairness, transparency, and contractual consistency. It effectively changes the framework of participation after the fact. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed to determine whether such retroactive modifications to trading conditions comply with fair practice standards and whether affected traders should be granted appropriate consideration or grandfathering under the original terms.

Transparent rules and clear guidelines. They provide clear written communication when one does not follow their risk management rules and allow a trader to improve on their trading discipline. One cannot expect more than that from any legitimate prop firm.

The servers has been freezing badly from friday causing crazy losses as you are unable to effectively manage your trade. Stop loss orders freeze and on market demand buys and sells freeze and appear a few mins later. Closing of trades took much longer due to constant freezing. This is also only a funded next issue as I was successfully able to trade on other prop firm accounts without freezing. Customer care also could not help and kept requesting the same Information over and over again without any help and they were just a waste of time and had no answer for the critical issues faced To top it off we get spreads in xau quotes tab over 117. Which is sick compared to HFM being 13-30

I chose FundedNext based on their great reputation here on Trustpilot and Propfirm Match. I passed Phase 1 & 2, completed KYC, and then got an email saying my account was terminated due to alleged cheating during a short interview. 😕 Here's the thing - I answered 25-27 questions honestly, and they claim someone was assisting me? I asked them to review the recorded session or share evidence, but all I got were copy-pasted emails with no substance. Multiple follow-ups, chat support, Discord - nothing worked. They just keep saying it'll be handled by the ethics team. No one takes responsibility. I've got screenshots of their chats, emails, and Discord convos - all backing up my side of the story. If you're considering FundedNext, think twice. Update: Still waiting for a fair resolution, but honestly, I'd say avoid them.

I’ve had a good experience with Fundednext so far, they reviewed and released my first payout in seven hours so I would say so far they are a transparent firm and they reward traders for their efforts if you follow their rules I for one haven’t had any problem with them so far, they just need to fix their website it lags a lot.

The trading ethics department is unfair and does not listen as well as the customer service department can not assist I have been asked to provide information but they still closed my account They closed my account because they said that there was someone who traded using the same devise previously and I explained them that it was my husbands phone he gave it to me

Very bad experience with fundednext. Keep in mind that fundednext is a non dealing desk prop firm which does not connect you to real market data. I asked costumer service several times, they said Fundednext account is a simulated account that mirrors market conditions uting quotes from other liquidity providers. They do not cooperate with a known broker at least. Let me tell you how this could harm you . Besides very bad spreads and slip page, if you have an open position with 1% risk or stoploss, it could make you lose about 7 times your stoploss which is drawdown of 7%. Meaning breaching the rules of daily drawndown, and losing your account. The exact same thing happened to me on Eurusd (not even on non farm payroll news) . I talked to costumer service which is a nightmare and never helps with anything. Once before I got an account from them and paid using usdt. You would not believe how many times I contacted them and asked for support till I could finally get the account. At first they all told me sorry there is nothing we can do till I insisted for days and they had no choice but look into this and finally deliver the account I had paid for. Choose a prop firm that uses desk to desk data, and has a caring costumer support rather than people who dont give a damn! I have heard from other people who passed challenges, they have similar problems, and even worse when it comes to real accounts rather than challenge demo .accounts

First off, fundednext has incredible customer service, every question I’ve had has been answered promptly and adequately. Their rules are clear and not too ambiguous. Trading conditions are excellent too, I haven’t experienced slippage or bad order execution yet. I received my first payout yesterday and it was disbursed literally 2 mins after I submitted payout application. Fundednext all the way🚀 I’ll come leave another review after my next series of payouts.
