FundedNext terminated both my challenge accounts for grid trading. I've reviewed their evidence, their FAQ definition, and their Terms of Service. My trading does not match grid trading under any of these. **FundedNext's own definition of grid trading (from their FAQ):** "Grid trading is a strategy where a trader places multiple buy and sell orders at different price levels above and below the current market price. The goal is to profit from price fluctuations as the market moves up and down, hitting various price points." They further explain it...

They do payout if you are eligible
Their prohibited strategy definitions are vague enough to justify terminating any active EA trader. Their dispute process is non-existent — responses are scripted, no specific arguments are addressed, and the decision is declared "final" before any real review takes place. There is no accountability or transparency in how violations are determined.

Summary
FundedNext terminated both my challenge accounts for alleged "grid trading" using an Expert Advisor. Their evidence does not support this finding. I reviewed the trade history they provided (Evidence_1.pdf). It shows single sequential positions — one position per instrument at a time, each closing before the next opens. There were no simultaneous opposing positions, no fixed price intervals, no uniform lot sizes, and no take-profits — all of which are defining characteristics of grid trading. FundedNext's own FAQ defines grid trading as "a strategy where a trader places multiple buy and sell orders at different price levels above and below the current market price." My trading shows one position at a time reversing direction when market conditions change. This is standard directional position reversal, not grid trading. I submitted a detailed technical dispute referencing their own evidence and their own definitions. Their responses were generic and did not address any specific point. They stated the decision was final with no appeals process. Their grid trading definition is broad enough to flag any EA that reverses direction, which effectively means any active algorithmic strategy can be terminated at their discretion.

I once had a bad experience with fundednext. My funded account was just waiting for payout, when it suddenly experienced a breach, claiming it had reached the maximum daily loss. I complained repeatedly until I got fed up, and finally let it go. Unfortunately, I don't have any proof of the conversation because complaints used to only be made through the dashboard, and the fundednext dashboard has now been migrated.

The platform has everything you need, and all types of accounts are available. The rules are also very good, and order execution is fast. Whether you're a beginner or a professional trader, it will work well for you. However, you must be aware of the rules, as they are very strict, especially regarding news trading and other matters.

I liked the prices and terms; if you're a beginner, it will work well for you, and even if you're a professional.
If you want to open large accounts, they don't allow you to trade if the accounts have passed the tests and you have accounts that haven't passed the tests yet. This bothers me.

I purchased a 2-step $15K account with FundedNext. I successfully passed the first step, but unfortunately I breached the account during the second step. This was my first experience trading a funded challenge, so I made some mistakes along the way. Even though it didn’t end as I hoped, it was a valuable learning experience. I still think the firm is reliable and I’m planning to come back stronger on my next attempt.

The firm is great. Great customer support services, great feedback. My only issue came with my account getting breached because of a price slippage.

I have been trading with funded next for a couple of months and bought many instant as well as evaluations and I really prefer this form to those who seek loyalty good customer service and guaranteed payouts as I have made my payouts as well. I usually take the 2k instant account which is my favorite coz it costs less and there is no consistency rule so you can make as much as possible with your skills in no time and the best part is you can make withdraw instantly without any delay. I also traded with 50k evaluation and 15k evaluation where I get t...

What sets FundedNext apart for me is the 15% profit share from the challenge phase. Most firms only pay you once you’re funded, but getting a bonus for the work you did during the evaluation is a huge motivator. I’ve been trading the Stellar 2-Step and the 10% static drawdown is very fair. The dashboard is clean, and the fact that they have a 24-hour payout guarantee gives me a lot of confidence in their reliability.

15% Profit Share from Challenge Phase: This is their biggest edge. Unlike almost any other firm, they pay you 15% of the profit you made during your evaluation (Step 1 and Step 2) once you reach the funded stage. Payout Speed: They have a 24-hour payout guarantee. If they don't process your withdrawal within 24 hours of approval, they often give an extra $1,000 as a "sorry" (check your specific agreement for this clause).
Balance-Based Daily Drawdown: While this is common, they calculate it based on your starting balance or equity (whichever is higher) at the daily reset. If you have a large floating profit at 00:00, your "daily floor" moves up, which can trap you if those trades turn around.
