Their responses were prompt and they offered guidance that was easy to understand and easy to follow. Had a conflict with them at the end of the last year. They mailed me saying that I breached my account by exceeding the daily limits. Such thing was not possible as I use an app to calculate my lot size which at the time was set at 0.3%. I even sent them my metatrader history report. Funded next is a legit prop firm with no hidden rules. I had my best trading moment while trading with them. They have raw spread, immediate execution, and zero slippage. I will recommend them any day.

From a customer service standpoint it’s pretty good. I got a quick response to my query and wasn’t left hanging. I still have to pass my challenge and receive a payout, but so far so good.
