Overall, everything is good here. The customer support is top-notch, and the trading conditions are well designed for traders. The dashboard is modern and responsive.
They denied my funded account, and I provided them with clarification and proofs along with it, but they were not ready to listen. That account had a 100% lifetime payout coupon, which made me think they were doing it on purpose, but I still like the firm, and I am looking forward to working with them soon again.

Summary
I bought a $50,000 challenge with a coupon for a 100% lifetime payout. After completing both phases, their risk team emailed me to give justification for some unusual activity that they found on my device. About 5 months ago, my friend owned this mobile, and he used to trade on it. He never passed any of it. After a few months, he bought a new mobile, and he gave the old one to me to use as a secondary device. Then I logged into my account on that device but never took a single trade there. There was a 5-month gap in all this, and I never took a single trade on it. I just logged in for an emergency. I explained all this in detail and gave all the proofs, but they were not ready to listen and denied my funded account.

I manually close my buy orders and it got filled almost 2 pips below the price. No the spread excuse since closing buy order get executed at ask price so no spreads involved. I demand an explanation and they said the markets are unpredictable and its on my side. The trading conditions are so bad, besides the problem above, I get it when opening a buy order price get filled at bid price but guess what when opening a sell order, price get filled 1 pip below the ask price.
