I successfully completed my trading objectives and later submitted my KYC verification. My KYC was rejected, but FundingPips never provided a clear explanation or any specific evidence showing why it was rejected. I contacted their support team multiple times through email and requested a detailed explanation, as well as the evidence behind their decision. Initially, I was informed that my case was under review and that their compliance team was investigating. However, after waiting, I received a final response stating that their decision was "final...

My biggest concern was the lack of transparency in the KYC review process. My account was rejected for "possible alteration or forgery." The repeated response that "the decision is final" without providing evidence or a meaningful explanation made it impossible to understand or resolve the issue. I believe users deserve a clear explanation and a fair review process.

Summary
My account did not breach any trading rule. My account was rejected during the KYC verification process with the generic reason "possible alteration or forgery." I submitted genuine, unaltered identity documents and repeatedly requested a detailed explanation of what was allegedly altered or forged. Despite contacting FundingPips through live chat, email, and Discord moderators multiple times, I was only told that the decision was final. No evidence, specific document, or explanation was ever provided. I believe this was a false positive or an error during the verification process, and I requested an independent review, but my requests were not meaningfully addressed. This report is submitted because I believe the KYC rejection and permanent account suspension were unjustified and lacked transparency.
