I had been a verified trader with FundingPips for the past 8 months, during which my KYC was successfully approved and I received payouts through my master account without any issues. I provided a genuine, government-issued identity document during the verification process, and for 8 months, there were no concerns raised regarding its authenticity. However, immediately after passing Phase 2 and receiving my live account, I was shocked to receive a termination email alleging that I had submitted an altered document during KYC. This accusation is extremely concerning, especially considering that my account had remained verified for months and I had already established a trading and payout history with the firm. I immediately offered to undergo KYC verification again and provide my original identity document along with additional supporting evidence to resolve any doubts. Unfortunately, my request was rejected, and I was simply told that the decision was final, without giving me a meaningful opportunity to defend myself. I am not asking for special treatment; I am asking for a fair, transparent review based on actual evidence. If there was a genuine issue with my documents, why was it not raised during the original verification or throughout the previous 8 months? Based on my personal experience, I am deeply disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I urge other traders to exercise caution, carefully review the firm's policies, and understand the risks before investing their time, effort, and money.

I've had the account for quite a few weeks, and so far, its a challenging experience, I am on the second phase about to complete it. I haven't quite gotten to the payout level but i am looking forward to it and then i will come back and update my review accordingly.

I tried 2 step funded account of $5000 . I passed the first phase with in 3 days. in second phase i failed due to low risk management. It good to go with funding pip .

My experience with FundingPips has been extremely disappointing and has seriously damaged the trust I once had in the company. My Account 20846984 was permanently restricted because FundingPips claimed that my Device ID/CID matched another user located in Spain. I am Ethiopian, I trade only from my personal mobile phone, I do not know this person, I have never met or communicated with them, and I have never shared my device, account credentials, or trading access with anyone. FundingPips provided me with a CID report, but in my view, that report only shows that their system recorded a matching identifier. It does not prove that I personally shared my phone or account with another trader. I repeatedly asked for a clear explanation of how my personal mobile device could supposedly be connected to an unknown person in Spain. I also asked for a fair independent review and offered to complete a live interview, additional identity verification, device verification, or enhanced monitoring. Instead, I repeatedly received essentially the same response: “the decision is final.” What concerns me most is that I was told the decision could not be reversed, could not be independently reviewed, and could not be escalated to senior management or the CEO. In my experience, this left me with no meaningful opportunity to defend myself against an allegation I firmly deny. I am 100% certain that I never shared my account or device with anyone. I therefore believe there may be a technical identification or matching error that has not been properly addressed. A company should absolutely protect itself against genuine abuse, but a trader should also have a fair opportunity to challenge a serious allegation before being permanently excluded. I am not asking FundingPips for special treatment. I am asking for fairness, transparency, accountability, and one genuine independent review of my case. The purchasing experience was easy and I love the dashboard styling. The move by the CEO to bring back CFD glory days by removing choking rules is a great motivator for traders like me. I'm definitely aiming for 100k.

My experience with FundingPips has been extremely negative. The real problem with this prop firm, based on my experience, is paradoxical: once you become profitable, it almost feels like being profitable is no longer worth it. I worked hard to obtain $400,000 in Master 2-Step Flex accounts, with 12% drawdown and a 95% profit split, and I managed to generate approximately $9,000–$10,000 in payouts. After all that work and after proving that I could trade profitably, I found myself in a situation where I was expected to give up those conditions in order to unlock a Prime account worth only around $120,000, with just 8% drawdown and an 80% profit split. In practice, after working to build $400K in Master accounts with 12% drawdown and a 95% profit split, I was expected to sacrifice everything to move to a much smaller account with less favorable conditions. Instead of being rewarded for my performance, I ended up facing significantly worse terms. But the situation is even worse than that. After being invited to join Prime, my fourth account was also closed. This was a challenge that I had successfully passed and paid approximately $500 for out of my own pocket. I completed the challenge without making any rule violations and demonstrated that I was profitable. I had recently moved this fourth Master account to the funded stage, but because I was invited to join Prime, I lost this account as well and was no longer able to progress with it or move it forward under the original conditions. As a result, I am not only losing the three Master accounts representing $400,000 in total funding, along with approximately $9,000 in payouts, but I am also losing the fourth account, for which I personally paid another $500 after successfully passing the challenge. Despite doing everything correctly and proving my profitability, I am losing an additional funded account and the money I invested in obtaining it. From my perspective, this is unacceptable. I invested my time, effort, and money, passed the challenges, respected the rules, and generated profits. Yet, instead of being rewarded for my performance, I ended up losing accounts and being pushed toward a Prime account with significantly worse conditions. I will also provide screenshots of my conversation with FundingPips’ live chat to support my account of what happened. For these reasons, I cannot recommend FundingPips based on my experience. A prop firm should reward profitable traders and treat them fairly, not put them in a position where becoming profitable results in losing funded accounts, sacrificing previously earned conditions, and potentially losing money invested in successfully passed challenges. My experience has left me extremely disappointed with FundingPips and the way this situation has been handled.

Their dashboard is intuitive for tracking metrics, customer support resolves queries promptly, and payouts are processed reliably within expected timelines with my friends experience. Highly recommended for disciplined prop traders.

FundingPips has been a good experience overall. The platform is easy to use, trading conditions are competitive, and the rules are clearly structured once you understand them. Customer support has also been helpful whenever I had questions. There is always room for improvement, but overall I would recommend FundingPips to traders looking for a prop firm.
