I think it's their 3 stop loss warn rule before acct breach but I'm happy they canceled that already.

The least is that you have to wait 24 hrs to get phase 2 Details

I like their smooth & professional way to manage their business. The quality speak itself. The price is also cool enough.

I don't like their equity based drawdown. If they willing to use balance based drawdown then it will be perfect.

At first, the pricing and the dashboard amazed me. Then they kept getting better and better, and now they are number one in the industry. The only firm that truly listens to its traders—that's why they call it "by traders for traders.".

There's not much to hate, but the 5-day payout is a little bit of marketing gimmic. It usually takes 2-3 days to process, and in between, you can't trade, so basically, it's 7-8 days of payouts. There are no issues with this either, but yeah, the least.
