The evaluation rules are straightforward and the trading platform has excellent execution speeds with minimal slippage. I also really appreciate the user-friendly dashboard for tracking my objectives and the prompt customer support whenever I have questions.
The payout processing time can occasionally be a bit slow during high-volume periods, and I would love to see more flexible weekend holding rules for funded accounts in the future.

Account [20027508] Trading rule breached without proof. They stated that I violated the maximum drawdown limit but my account never dropped more than 1% since the beginning of the day (max 3% daily drawdown allowed). Even in their own dashboard, my equity curve only went up and it was not possible to have that much drawdown. It must be due to an error in their system.
