Funding pips has the best customer care system they respond quickly with professional manner. It also has very best dashboard which shows very precisely your trading history with profit and loss of each pair individually in graph. Sometimes Slippage is little bit unsatisfactory.but overall with trading conditions payout processing time and large community it is best one to chose from hundred other firms.

While the Funding Pips model seems good with affordable entry,, but I can't believe how bad the customer service is. It is very hard to get to the bottom of an issue. For example, with one issue, firstly they told me it was a news event, and took 10+ emails to learn it was a different issue. With another, my orders were being rejected and I couldn't get a straight answer why. The 5-day payout window is great. When I entered the Discord channel it was messed up with AI replies. I would trust a firm more when personal support replies to me.

I bought an account in funding pips for the 1st time and I got to see the cheapest price there and I also joined their discord server and there also all their staff responds promptly to any problem. Even if there is a problem, the dashboard is also very nice.

Everything is great apart from crazy slippages. I dont know if its intended or not, but i dont know how to explain 1.5-2 pips slippages at totally calm market environment. I lost couple of accounts simply due to that. Biggest advantage is probably the prices of challenges (however other firms with promos offer more or less the same) and super low spreads and comissions, i guess drastic slippages compensate this advantage. This is the best firm in my opinion. CEO Khaled is super active on X and he is trying his best to solve all the queries he gets. 5 days payout is super fast and insane. Will be buying more challenges with FP in the future.
