My experience with FundingPips has been positive overall. I purchased one challenge account but unfortunately wasn't able to reach Phase 2. However, throughout my time trading with them, I found their platform to be smooth, reliable, and easy to use. What impressed me the most was their customer support. Whenever I had questions, the support team was responsive, professional, and helpful. While I wasn't successful in passing the challenge, I can say that FundingPips provides a solid trading environment with excellent support for its traders.

The Dispute Summary: FundingPips terminated my account for a violation of the Risk Per Trade Idea (3%) rule via their 10-Minute Rule. Their public website states that "Opening a new position in the same direction within 10 minutes after closing a losing trade is considered part of the same trade idea". Dear Muhammad, Please note that our website already states that opening a new position in the same direction within 10 minutes of closing a losing trade will result in both positions being considered part of the same trade idea. The combined loss from these trades is then assessed against the applicable Risk Per Trade Idea limit. We understand your request for a more explicit statement on our website. However, the existing rule already establishes this logic. If Trade 1 and Trade 2 are considered part of the same trade idea, and Trade 2 and Trade 3 are also considered part of the same trade idea under the same conditions, then all three trades become linked and are treated as a single trade idea for the purpose of risk assessment. Therefore, each qualifying consecutive trade opened within the specified timeframe is connected to the preceding trade and forms part of the same overall trade idea. The wording currently published on our website directly implies this interpretation. Our team has already provided a detailed explanation of your breach of the 3% rule, which you can also verify directly on your dashboard, where the exact trades and calculations are available for your review. slippage , spread , and liq provider is worst. My SL got hit 2 times in a row only in funding pips account and TP hit in my other firm accoint. it has happened in my previous instant account too . too much spread and slippage. not recommended.

Based on our review, your stop-loss order was triggered as a result of a temporary spread increase.
