I am in Syria and i bought the 2 step 5000$ account after i found that traders from Syria are accepted unlike most prop firms who ban them. The most things i liked about it is that there is no time limit, only 30 day inactivity so you can just open one trade and close before you reach 30 days. My experience with FundingPips has been shocking and, in my opinion, completely unethical. I was using a new laptop and a new internet connection, and nobody else had access to or traded my account. Despite this, FundingPips terminated the account, refused to provide any meaningful evidence of actual account sharing or coordinated trading, and then refused to refund the fee I paid. Absolutely nothing
The way they handled the account termination. They accused me of a Device ID violation, permanently closed my account and refused to refund my fee, while providing no meaningful evidence that I had actually shared my account, coordinated trades or allowed anyone else to access it. What makes it worse is that I had previously purchased another challenge that failed, and no Device ID issue was ever raised then. The whole process felt extremely unfair, inconsistent and, in my opinion, deeply unethical.

Summary
FundingPips claimed that the Device ID / Client ID (CID) associated with my trading account matched another registered user, and they treated this as evidence that the account may have been shared or operated in coordination with someone else. I strongly dispute this because I was using a new laptop and a new internet connection, and nobody else had access to or traded my account. Their report only showed the matching CID. It did not provide evidence of shared logins, copied trades, coordinated positions, third-party access, or actual account sharing. Despite this, they permanently terminated the account and refused to refund the fee.

What I liked most was the combination of competitive trading conditions, clear rules, reliable payouts, and the professionalism of the support team. In my experience, the company has always been serious and available when I needed assistance.
What I liked the least was the current Prime transition model. In my opinion, traders who are invited to Prime because of their performance should receive conditions that are at least equal to, or better than, their existing Master Accounts. The distinction between voluntary Prime unlocking and direct invitations could also be communicated more clearly.

We would like to clarify that your Prime invitation was issued based on your trading performance and eligibility, as part of the direct-invitation route to the Prime Program. This is separate from the standard Prime unlocking option available to traders who choose to unlock Prime after meeting the applicable conditions. Under the standard route, eligible traders may choose when to unlock Prime after meeting the required criteria. However, accounts that receive a direct Prime invitation are subject to the Prime transition requirements associated with that invitation.
