Their spreads are really good for gold traders like me, executions are fast, and the dashboard is easy to understand. The thing I like most about Funding Pips is their fast execution and low spreads, especially on XAUUSD. It fits perfectly with my scalping style.
The thing I like least is the consistency rule — it’s fair, but sometimes a bit stressful when you’re trying to manage lot sizes while still following your strategy.

I wanted to trade the German DAX index via CFD, and my experience with FundingPips started out positively—until, without any prior notice, the spread, which had been around 1 point, was suddenly increased to 2.5–3 points. Market conditions had not changed, and there has been no exceptional volatility since then that would justify such a spread increase. The best place to start is with good prices and decent targets. Perhaps the only downside is the slippage, but if you keep that in mind and follow the rules carefully, you'll definitely get paid. I always recommend consistency to avoid potential problems.

Fast execution speed, spreads is good for major forex pairs, have not noticed any hidden rules so far, dashboard is easy to understand only downside is that they don't allow copy trading unless Fundingpips is the master account.

Sudden Leverage Reduction to 1:2 After Passing Funded Accounts
Summary
After successfully passing two funded accounts and following all of their rules, FundingPips suddenly imposed a forced leverage reduction to 1:2 on my master accounts. This was done after I proved I could trade profitably and responsibly. Their explanation was “risk management”, but I was already compliant with their rules and had no violations at all. Leverage restrictions should be part of the initial terms, not something a prop firm can change after a trader becomes profitable. Changing the trading conditions midway—especially after passing multiple funded challenges—feels like a selective and unfair penalty. Traders who perform well should not be punished for their success. This decision negatively affects my ability to trade the strategy that allowed me to pass in the first place. It also raises questions about whether the firm is penalizing consistent traders to avoid future payouts. A proper prop firm should reward skill, follow transparent rules, and not modify leverage “after the fact” without legitimate grounds.
