very difficult trading conditions and them offer very high spread. very high slippage. They have lots of hidden rules as well as consistency rules. App freeze at time of trade.

Regarding spreads and slippage — these reflect live market conditions from our liquidity providers and can widen during periods of high volatility or low liquidity. This is an industry-wide reality that unfortunately falls outside of our control. On the rules — all of our trading objectives and conditions, including the consistency rule, are clearly documented in our FAQ and available to every trader before they begin. There are no hidden rules. Regarding the app freezing — we’re sorry to hear this happened during a trade. On the company website, it is stated that you can hold trades over the weekend (refer to 2. Trading Behavior and Rules, 2.5.2.2 During the Master stage: Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Monthly reward cycles). I have a 2-Step Master account, but my trade was closed on Friday evening. I contacted customer support and was told that I cannot hold trades over the weekend. Seems to me what i liked which showed on their website before i bought my account and still shows on their website that they allowed weekend holding is all false but they still have it there on their rules on the website

We understand your concern in regards to weekend holdinhg on your account. Please note: A temporary change to weekend holding and leverage has been implemented on 2-Step Master accounts and will remain in effect until further notice. Holding Trades during the weekend is not allowed for all master accounts. Ensure all trades are closed before the market closes on Friday. Any open trades will be automatically closed by the system. This is not a Hard breach. We actively monitor market conditions and geopolitical developments to ensure a safe and stable trading environment. When volatility, liquidity, or overall risk levels change, we may adjust trading conditions as needed. This can include temporary changes to leverage and margin requirements. All updates will be communicated to clients promptly by email. This message can be found in the FAQ which is essential to read. The best part was the payout process. Once I became eligible, the payout was processed faster than expected and without unnecessary complications. Execution has been solid, spreads are industry standard, and I didn’t face any major slippage issues. The rules are clear and reasonable, which makes it easier to focus on trading instead of worrying about hidden conditions.
Customer support response time could be better. They eventually replied, but it wasn’t as fast as I would prefer, especially when dealing with time-sensitive questions. If they improve response speed, the overall experience would be much better.

High Spread. Very very high spread. If any need proof I will provide it. Just hit me up. Or you may buy an account and get the result. XAG or XAU both has high spread issue. More than 10 pips to 60 pips. I just experiment it on XAG. The spread was about 40 pips. Please be aware of this.

During periods of low liquidity — such as market open, close, or around major news events — spreads can widen significantly beyond their typical levels. Bought an 25k 2 step challenge in November and passed both stages 4 weeks later. The customer support is fast and competent I like the spreads they are tight I never had problems with slippage or the execution of any trades I took. I got 2 payouts with funding pips and the second one arrived after 20 seconds. the dashboard is also very nice overall I can only recommend them they are a good propfrim.
