One of the best prop firms out there. ❤️🔥 Thank you for your existence and for giving traders like me the opportunity to prove ourselves. What started with a $10K account has turned into $25K+ in total payouts in less than one year. 🤯💰 It’s honestly crazy to look back and see how far this journey has come. There have been plenty of losses, setbacks, stressful days, and moments where I questioned everything—but staying consistent, trusting my edge, managing risk, and continuing to show up made the difference. I’m genuinely grateful for the op...

The opportunity to grow from a $10K account to $25K+ in payouts, while having a prop firm that actually supports traders and makes the journey possible. 🔥🤝
The least? Probably the occasional rule restrictions and the stress that comes with trading under strict drawdown limits 😂 Other than that, honestly can’t complain much.

Passed a 2-Step Standard evaluation, got a Master Account, and received a real payout from it — no issues, no warnings. One week later, right before a much larger payout was due, the account was permanently terminated over a "Device ID match" report. I asked their Responsible Trading Team three separate times to either point to the exact clause I supposedly broke, show actual evidence of a prohibited action on that account, or reverse the decision. Dear Sirojiddin, Thank you for your feeback, and we understand this has been a significant and difficult matter for you given your history and payouts with FundingPips since 2024. We'd like to confirm this remains a valid breach. Following multiple reviews of your account activity and associated technical identifiers, our Responsible Trading Team confirmed that the Device ID linked to your account corresponds with the Device ID of other registered users on our platform, and the CID Match Investigation Report detailing this finding was shared with you directly. Per our Terms of Service, each account must be operated solely, independently, and exclusively by its registered holder, and a Device ID match, regardless of the specific explanation offered for how the shared identifier occurred, constitutes a material breach of that requirement. We understand this is an extremely difficult outcome given your history and the payout involved. Best Regards, FundingPips Team

I mean when i was first introduced into propfirms, my first ever firm was fundingpips and when i requested the payout at very first account i was in fear. But got my first ever payout on same day and literally i traded like i was trading in a broker while i didn't know enough rules that other firms made hidden like martingale, margin rules etc etc.. But fundingpips didn't have one. So getting first payout on fundingpips was the best experience I've so far.

I took my first trade on a 1-step flex funded challenge, got stopped out on XAUUSD with some slippage (normal, I don't dispute that), and my MT5 trade history shows a realised loss of $2,932 - under the 3% ($3,000) Daily Loss Limit. My account was still permanently closed for an alleged breach of $3,040, based entirely on an internal "floating equity" figure that only ever existed on their servers. Here's the specific problem I raised with support, which they never actually answered across three replies: My stop loss was set at 4,376.48. Their own...

Floating Equity Breach
Summary
I took my first trade on a funded account, got stopped out on XAUUSD with some slippage (normal, I don't dispute that), and my MT5 trade history shows a realized loss of $2,932 - under the 3% ($3,000) Daily Loss Limit. My account was still permanently closed for an alleged breach of $3,040, based entirely on an internal "floating equity" figure that only ever existed on their servers. Here's the specific problem I raised with support, which they never actually answered across three replies: My stop loss was set at 4,376.48. Their own dashboard shows the "breach price" as 4,375.39 - a price BELOW my stop loss. My order then filled at 4,375.57 - a HIGHER price than their own stated breach price. If price genuinely traded down to 4,375.39 (which is what triggered their breach, on their account), a resting stop order should fill at or near that point, not at a better price afterwards. Their own numbers describe a sequence that doesn't match normal order execution logic, and when I asked them directly to explain the mechanics, I got the same boilerplate explanation restated three times: that equity is monitored on a floating basis, not final realized loss. When I asked for the tick-by-tick price data or the equity log to actually verify the breach, they refused to provide it, stated there was "no issue," and closed the escalation with no route to a dealing/risk team. To be clear about what I'm NOT disputing: I understand slippage happens, I understand daily loss limits are calculated on floating equity rather than closed P&L. What I'm disputing is that FundingPips has provided zero verifiable evidence for a specific, internally inconsistent breach claim, has refused a reasonable request for the underlying data, and has permanently closed my account and forfeited my challenge fee on that basis.

Dear Jake, Thank you for your feedback, and we understand your frustration given how close this breach was to the threshold. We'd like to confirm this breach is valid. Following a review, we can confirm your account's equity reached the applicable Daily Loss Limit at the time of the breach, and this was correctly recorded by our system. Please note that the breach is determined based on the account's real time equity, including floating P&L, rather than solely on the final realized loss or the execution price of an individual Stop Loss order. Because of this, the breach price shown on the dashboard and the eventual execution price of your Stop Loss are not expected to be identical, as they reflect different points in the equity monitoring and order execution process respectively. We understand this is a disappointing outcome, especially given the small margin involved, however our Daily Loss Limit rules are applied consistently across all accounts, and unfortunately the breach cannot be reversed or the account reactivated. If you have any further questions, please reach out to us at support@fundingpips.com. Best Regards, FundingPips Team

Dear Hamed, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we understand your frustration given how close you were to requesting your payout. We'd like to confirm this remains a valid breach. Following a review, including an additional review conducted after your appeal, our Responsible Trading Team confirmed that the Device ID linked to your account corresponds with the Device ID of other registered users on our platform, and the CID Match Investigation Report detailing this finding was shared with you directly. Per our Terms of Service, each account must be operated solely, independently, and exclusively by its registered holder, and a Device ID match, regardless of the geographic locations involved or the explanation offered, constitutes a material breach of that requirement. We understand you strongly dispute this finding and have offered additional verification to support your case. This matter was reviewed multiple times by our Responsible Trading Team, and the decision, along with the supporting evidence provided, remains final. Best Regards, FundingPips Team

Pros: Payouts are fast (had one processed in minutes). Evaluation rules are workable, good flexibility on trading style/days. Solid instrument range (XAUUSD, indices, majors). Minor downside: Occasional slippage on entries during fast moves, especially on NDX100/GER40 — nothing dealbreaking, just something to factor into risk management. Net take: reliable firm, fast payouts, would recommend without hesitation.

I purchased four 100K funded accounts from FundingPips and, until this incident, I had traded successfully with the firm and even received payouts. Everything changed when FundingPips permanently closed all four of my funded accounts. The reason they gave was that the Device ID associated with my account had allegedly also been linked to other users' accounts. Based solely on this conclusion, they determined that I had violated their compliance rules and permanently terminated every one of my funded accounts. The biggest problem is that, despite m...

Before my account closure, I appreciated FundingPips for its fast payout processing, competitive trading conditions, and straightforward evaluation model. The platform was easy to use, execution was smooth, and I successfully received payouts, which initially gave me confidence in the company. Unfortunately, my overall opinion changed completely due to the way my case was handled after the account closure. While the trading experience itself was positive, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency, the absence of concrete evidence, and the refusal to conduct what I believe should have been a thorough and fair investigation.
What I liked the least was the complete lack of transparency and customer protection when a serious issue arose. FundingPips permanently closed my four funded accounts based on an alleged Device ID match without providing any concrete evidence or allowing me a meaningful opportunity to defend myself. Despite my willingness to cooperate through identity verification, a video call, or any additional security checks, my requests were ignored. What disappointed me the most was that, instead of investigating whether I had been the victim of unauthorized access involving my personal data, the company focused solely on closing my accounts and refused to provide the technical information that would have allowed me to protect myself and, if necessary, report the incident to the authorities.

Alleged Device ID association with multiple accounts
Summary
FundingPips informed me that my accounts had been permanently closed because the Device ID associated with my account allegedly matched the Device ID of other users' accounts, which they considered a compliance violation. However, I was never provided with any concrete evidence supporting this allegation. FundingPips never identified the alleged device, never explained when the supposed access occurred, never specified which accounts were allegedly connected to mine, and never provided any technical information that would allow me to verify or challenge their conclusion. I repeatedly explained that I have never shared my login credentials, password, or personal devices with anyone. I also informed FundingPips that there are only two possible explanations: either their Device ID analysis is incorrect, or an unauthorized individual somehow gained access to multiple FundingPips accounts, including mine. I fully cooperated throughout the process by offering additional identity verification, a video call, confirmation of my personal devices, and any other security checks they required. None of these offers were accepted. My greatest concern is that, if unauthorized access actually occurred, my account contained personal information, identity verification documents, and sensitive data. Despite requesting the technical details of the alleged device so that I could protect myself and, if necessary, report the matter to the appropriate authorities, FundingPips refused to provide any such information. Instead of investigating the possibility of unauthorized access or helping me protect my personal data, the company permanently closed my four funded accounts, affecting approximately USD 3,000 in payouts and more than USD 2,200 invested in purchasing the accounts. I believe the matter deserved a fair and thorough investigation rather than an immediate permanent account closure without transparent evidence.
