I recently decided to give FundingPips a shot and bought their $10k 2-Phase Evaluation account. After trying a few other firms, I can honestly say the experience here has been a breath of fresh air. The Challenge: Passing the challenge felt very fair. The targets are standard (8% for Phase 1 and 5% for Phase 2), but what I really appreciated was the no time limit rule. 1. The "Tuesday Payday" (Payout System) Hands down, this is the biggest factor. A lot of firms make you wait 14 days, 21 days, or even a month for your first payout. With FundingPips, you can request your first payout just 5 days after your first trade on the funded account, and they process it on a set day (Tuesday). This speed is incredible. It makes the "funded" status feel real immediately and builds trust fast. 2. The Trading Conditions (No Time Limits + Raw Spreads) This is a very close second. The no time limit rule on the 2-Phase challenge is a massive stress-reducer. You don't feel forced to take bad trades just to "beat the clock." When you combine that patience with their raw spreads and low commission, it means you can actually trade your strategy properly without fighting high costs or psychological pressure. It feels like they want you to pass based on skill, not luck. So, in short: The "no time limit" got me funded, but the "Tuesday Payday" is what makes me want to stay with the firm.
That's a fair question. No firm is perfect, and even with a 5-star experience, there's always something you'd change. If I had to nitpick, the main thing I "liked least" was the strictness of the news trading rules. Like many firms, FundingPips has a restriction on holding or opening trades within a 2-minute window (before and after) a high-impact news event. I'm not a "news gambler," but I am a fundamental trader, and sometimes a perfect setup forms because of the pre-news volatility. Having to consciously check the Forex Factory calendar and ensure I'm flat (out of my trades) 2 minutes before CPI or NFP is a bit of a hassle. It's not a deal-breaker at all—it's just a rule you have to be very careful about to avoid a violation. As a very minor second point, their live chat support, while helpful, isn't instant. During busy times, I might wait 15-20 minutes for a reply. They always solved my issue, but I've seen faster. But honestly, given the fast payouts and solid trading conditions, these are very small trade-offs I'm willing to make.

I got accused of ‘copy trading’. I know a lot of cheaters would say the same thing but if I actually cheated, surely you have stronger evidence than that. I’m in paid out lounge cuz I’ve had few huge payouts with them, the sentiment there is sour because more people are facing issues of some kind, stay away, they’re showing similar signs to other props that went down in the past

They used to payout no matter what, no nonsense like today but they’re banning people for ridiculous reasons, some getting insane reduced leverage, can’t open 5 lots on 100K account) etc
They make it hard to reach support, keep the important things email only which is easy to ignore user. Live chat is basically useless because they always ask you to email about the important things, live chat is only for FAQ which most firms are already using AI, maybe that’s why they’re behind and losing money, no innovation and stagnant
