FundingPips (FPIP) terminated my accounts citing 'IP address similarity', but when I asked for evidence, they failed to provide any substantial proof. They pointed to a 3-month-old trade, claiming it was linked to another account. The thing is, the account they claimed it was linked to had already breached its daily drawdown limit last month and was terminated. They're now using an old trade as 'evidence' to justify their actions. If you're trading with FPIP, beware of their practices! 😕"

I was banned for allegedly reverse trading with another trader, but this is simply not the case. On the day this supposedly happened, there was a major news event. I exited my trade early to follow the rules on my funded account as required, fifteen minutes before the news release, to avoid any issues. You can also see on my other accounts that I did not close those trades at that moment. I stayed in them until my stop-loss was hit. I did this because those accounts were not funded accounts, and according to your rules, trading during news events is allowed on non funded accounts. When the news event started, there was an immediate spike in volume. The other trader may have decided to close their trade because of that volatility, or their stop-loss might have been triggered. They closed their trade one minute after the news release began, as shown in the evidence you provided. Does this mean that if I hadn’t closed the trade before the news, there would be no problem? Because in that case I would only receive a soft breach, since I didn’t enter the trade five hours beforehand.

My story was exactly like this; The document I had to upload had to be no older than 3 months. And the document I had was older than 3 months. My roommate said I could fix the date with Photoshop. I accepted it first. and my roommate edited the date area of the document. Then he sent me the document with the date section edited. Later, I gave up uploading this document to your system. And I went to the municipality and got a new version of this document and took a photo of it. I came home and realized I was about to be late for work. I decided to quickly KYC and leave the house. I had 2 documents on my phone while doing KYC. One of them is the document sent to me by my roommate, which is older than 3 months, and the other is the original document I received from the municipality. Since I uploaded documents to the kycaid system quickly, I uploaded the old, non-original document instead of the original document. And I quickly left the house. When I arrived at work, I saw the e-mail from the your system and was shocked. I immediately contacted the funding pips support team. They told me "don't worry and contact Kycaid support team". Then I immediately sent your support team an e-mail. When I didn't receive a response from you the next morning, I sent an e-mail again. I made an amateur mistake. I needed to check the photos 2 times before uploaded. I didn't do this because I was in a hurry and now I'm being punished. But the punishment for this should not be this severe. I'm not a cheater or a liar
