I received two payouts, and shortly after, my account was permanently banned. I was banned for allegedly engaging in reverse trading with another trader, which is simply not true. On the day this supposedly occurred, there was a major high-impact news event. In order to follow the rules on my funded account, I closed my trade fifteen minutes before the news release to avoid any potential violations. On my other (non-funded) accounts, you can clearly see that I did not close those trades at the same time. I remained in those positions until my stop-loss was hit. This was done intentionally, as trading during news events is allowed on non-funded accounts according to your own rules. When the news was released, there was an immediate spike in volatility. The other trader may have decided to close their position due to this volatility, or their stop-loss may have been triggered. According to the evidence provided, they closed their trade one minute after the news release. This raises a valid question: if I had not closed my trade before the news, would there have been no issue at all? In that scenario, I would have only received a soft breach, since the trade was not entered within five hours of the news. I hoped for a fair and thorough review so that I could continue trading with this firm in a confident and professional manner. Unfortunately, instead of receiving a genuine evaluation of my case, I was met with standard, automated emails. It felt as though my defense was not taken seriously at all, and none of my explanations were meaningfully addressed.

The support team is very amateur. They always give memorized answers. and they keep saying "wait". After I passed the 2nd stage, it took 14 days for my funded account to be approved. While doing the KYC process, I accidentally uploaded a document that was not necessary and had been doctored with Photoshop, into the system. They banned me immediately. I explained the situation to the KYC team and the funding pips team every day and many times. I said, "Please help me, yes, this is a mistake, but I made this mistake by mistake." They definitely did not accept it. They treated me like a cheater and a liar. Moreover, they did not refund the money I paid. scammers.
