I had purchased a $50K Flex account. I completed the 15-day evaluation phase and passed it successfully. After that, I received the Master Account. I traded on it for 5 days and then violated the C-ID rule. Now, the main problem is that I have two Gmail accounts. Initially, I purchased an account using my first Gmail account, and that account was breached. So, there was never any issue regarding KYC. Bad customer support
What I liked the least was the way the rule was enforced. If using a different Gmail account was considered a violation, I believe it should have been identified during the purchase, evaluation, or KYC stage rather than after I had received the Master Account, completed 5 trading days, and generated a profit. The timing of the breach, especially shortly before the payout, made the situation feel unclear and frustrating.

Our review has determined that the Device ID — the unique identifier of the device used to connect to our trading servers — associated with your account matches the Device ID of another registered user on our platform. Our Terms of Service require that each account be operated solely and independently by its registered holder. Following a thorough review, including multiple manual reviews of your case by our Responsible Trading Team, it was confirmed that your account activity fell within the scope of Clause 14(c), "Prohibited Uses," of our Terms and Conditions, which states that registering with multiple email addresses is prohibited. Details and supporting findings regarding this violation were shared with you directly throughout the review process. Regarding the timing of the enforcement, we'd like to clarify that our security and compliance reviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and enforcement actions are applied as soon as an investigation is conclusively finalized by our team, which can occur at any stage of the account lifecycle, not necessarily at the point of purchase, KYC, or Master account issuance. Summary
Completed Soft KYC with my real government ID → approved. Received the user agreement, signed it, and got an email confirming both accounts were enabled for trading. The next day the dashboard showed KYC as “Not Verified”. I repeated the process with the exact same ID card. This time it was declined by KYCAID for “signs of possible alteration or forgery”. FundingPips immediately permanently closed the accounts and banned me for life.

Dear Dzhem, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback, and we understand your frustration given the initial approval and account activation. We'd like to clarify the distinction between the two verification stages involved in your case. The initial KYC you completed is a preliminary identity check. However, this is a separate and less rigorous process from the Full KYC, which involves a more thorough document authenticity review. When your Full KYC was processed, it was found that the document submitted contained signs of forgery, which is why the account was subsequently closed, even though the earlier Soft KYC stage had passed. Submitting documents found to show signs of forgery is treated as a serious violation under our zero tolerance policy, regardless of whether the same document may have been accepted elsewhere or during an earlier, less rigorous stage of our own process. As a result, you are permanently restricted from using our services, and unfortunately no refund is issued in cases involving this type of finding. We understand this is a very frustrating outcome, especially given the accounts were briefly active. However, this finding was reviewed by our relevant team and the decision remains final. Drawdown and Community support is pretty good.
The payment method, Indians usually prefer UPI or bank transfer but they don't have that, so I just have to pay through crypto or card... so, that's a pain.

I’ve been trading with FundingPips and overall, it’s one of the best prop firms I’ve used. The support team is excellent and very responsive. The only downside for me is that the spreads can be quite harsh, especially on XAUUSD during certain market conditions. Other than that, great experience overall.
