I am leaving this review because I believe FundingPips' communication regarding the **Risk per Trade Idea** rule was inconsistent and misleading. I had a **100k 2-Step Standard (10%) Master account**, which was breached for exceeding the 2% Risk per Trade Idea limit. Before my breach, FundingPips announced through official emails, Instagram, X, and their Help Centre that the **Risk per Trade Idea rule had been removed from 2-Step Standard Master accounts**. One Instagram post explicitly stated that it applied to **both new and existing accounts**. T...

Summary
My account was breached for exceeding the 2% Risk per Trade Idea limit on a 100k 2-Step Standard (10%) Master account. I exceeded this limit because I genuinely believed the rule had been removed from my account. Before placing the trade, I relied on FundingPips' official communications, including emails, Instagram posts, X posts, the Help Centre, and my trading dashboard, all of which indicated that the Risk per Trade Idea rule had been removed from 2-Step Standard Master accounts. One official Instagram announcement even stated that the change applied to new and existing accounts, while the Help Centre stated "2-Step Standard – All accounts – Not applicable." After my account was breached, Support informed me that the rule had only been removed for 8% profit target accounts and that it still applied to my existing 10% account. However, I could not find this distinction in any official documentation, and despite repeatedly requesting it, I was not provided with an official webpage or document showing that this exception had been communicated. Even today, the official Help Centre and the page linked from my breach notification do not state that the rule applies only to 8% accounts or that existing 10% accounts are excluded from the change. They simply state that the Risk per Trade Idea rule "no longer applies on 2-Step Standard accounts" or that it is "Not applicable" for all 2-Step Standard accounts, which continues to create confusion. I believe this breach resulted from relying on conflicting official information rather than intentionally violating the trading rules. I respectfully ask FundingPips to review my case, taking into account the official communications that were available to me, and to consider reinstating my account.

Funding pips offer great value for their accounts, haven't had any problems with their servers, very decent spreads and fair trading rules. Looking forward to purchasing more accounts from them hopefully to maximum allocation that's how much I love them, they also have fair commission fees unlike other firms I've traded

Extremely disappointed with how Funding Pips handles trade execution discrepancies and support queries. My Master Account (#20320656) was wrongly flagged for a daily drawdown breach by $1.77. My actual MT5 execution history clearly shows that all my positions hit Stop Loss around 4109.46 - 4109.61 before any drawdown limits were reached. However, their dashboard evaluator logged the breach price at 4107.51, creating a clear discrepancy between MT5 execution and their system's feed. To make matters worse, support has been unhelpful and generic, ref...

Summary
On Master Account #20320656, all positions were closed on MT5 via Stop Loss around 4109.46 - 4109.61 before reaching any drawdown limits. However, the firm's dashboard logged a breach price of 4107.51, claiming I exceeded the limit by $1.77. There is a clear price/execution discrepancy between MT5 terminal logs and their dashboard system, which support refuses to re-evaluate

Dear Kashif, Please be advised that the breach determination is not based on your final Profit and Loss (PnL). Instead, it is calculated based on the lowest equity level reached during the trading period. Unfortunately, your account equity dropped below the permitted threshold, resulting in a breach of the Daily Loss Limit. Please find your Account Violation Details below: Maximum Allowed Daily Loss: $204.86 Today’s Starting Balance/Equity: $5,121.43 Daily Loss Threshold: $4,916.57 Deepest Equity Drawdown Recorded: $4,914.80 Since your equity fell below the allowed limit, the account has been considered in violation of the Daily Loss Rule. Kind regards, FundingPips Team

I’ve had a genuinely great experience with Funding Pips so far. The whole process was super smooth — from signing up to getting access, my dashboard was ready in just about 2 minutes. That kind of speed really stood out because I didn’t have to wait around or deal with unnecessary delays. The dashboard itself is clean, easy to navigate, and gives you everything you need to track progress without feeling overwhelming. Another big plus is that they’ve increased the maximum allocation to $400,000, which shows they’re serious about supporting traders ...

Let me be absolutely clear: I operate my account 100% independently. When I reached out to dispute this, they completely failed to provide any concrete proof or evidence of this alleged device match. Instead of conducting a proper investigation or showing transparency, they took the lazy route and immediately deleted my account and permanently revoked my access. Device IDs and IP routes can trigger false positives for many technical reasons (dynamic IPs, public networks, etc.). Banning a paying client based on a generic automated flag without showing proof is highly unprofessional and feels like a scam tactic to avoid payouts or obligations. If FundingPips wants to maintain any credibility, they need to review my case, provide actual evidence, or reinstate my account. Prospective traders, beware: your account could be deleted next for no valid reason.

Dear Trader, Thank you for your feedback. We want to be absolutely clear — FundingPips does not use automated flags as an excuse to avoid paying traders. We want to address your technical argument directly. The Device ID is the unique hardware fingerprint of the physical device connecting to our trading server — it is completely separate from IP addresses. Dynamic IPs, public networks, and CGNAT affect IP addresses only and do not cause a Device ID match. A Device ID match specifically indicates that the same physical device was used to access accounts belonging to different registered users. The finding in your case was reviewed and verified by our Responsible Trading Team before the decision was made. We are unable to disclose the specific technical parameters of our detection methodology, as this is a standard compliance boundary applied to all cases. The decision stands as final. Best regards, FundingPips Team

Funding pips is one of the best firms I've used. I most especially like the user interface of their website and also their certificates. Everything looks and feels so modern. Trading conditions also, which is very important is very good and this is the only firm I can see taking steps to remove new rules that are limiting traders. Kudos to funding pips for looking out for traders.
