I attempted the FundingPips challenge but unfortunately failed. I was trading and hit the maximum daily drawdown, which I later realized was partly due to high spreads during a news event that I wasn't aware was happening at the time. The daily drawdown limit was triggered and my account was closed. Looking back, I should have been more careful about checking the economic calendar and understanding how spreads can widen during volatile periods. My experience with Funding Pips has been very disappointing. Right after I purchased an account, I submitted my KYC documents. They rejected my KYC and then closed the account I had just purchased. I contacted customer support, but they didn't help at all. Their customer support is extremely poor.They didn't even provide a refund. all was good but there is a lot of slippage and spread when i purchased account of 2 step pro and i worked on that account and i achieved 2% profit target and i was just 3% more profit target but my account got breached due to loss limit reset with current equity if i hold the trade and I'm in profit of 500$ then they will count my wallet balance as 5500 and if i close the trade in profit of 200$ then my account will get breached

the issue was just that, they are counting my loss limit from my equity, if im opening any position and im in profit of 500$ and suddenly my daliy loss limit gets reset then if i close the trade in 200$ profit still my account will get breached

The layout of the cTrader platform, the overall dashboard design, and the live trading conditions—including the execution speeds and daily spreads—are highly functional and excellent. Furthermore, their customer support team is extremely fast and there is no delay in email responses when addressing inquiries.
The manual breach applied to my account and withholding my Funded Master credentials despite successfully passing the evaluation with zero breaches, coupled with the compliance team's absolute refusal to provide any trade data, especially after their support representative explicitly admitted in writing that specific trade or risk details are not available, which clearly proves that absolutely no breach ever occurred on my account.

I successfully completed and passed the Phase 2 evaluation for my $100,000 account (Account ID: 5738030). My dashboard completely met the required profit target with zero rule violations, and my account officially generated the green "Phase 2 Completed" status. However, when I requested my live Funded Master Account, the FundingPips compliance team manually rejected it based on completely vague and retroactive claims. I sent them multiple emails asking for specific trade tickets, timestamps, or server logs to prove any violation on my Phase 2 account history. Shockingly, in an official email response from their compliance representative named "Biruk" from the FundingPips Support Team, they explicitly admitted their total lack of evidence by stating word-for-word: "Please note that specific trade or risk details are not available, as the review was a comprehensive assessment of multiple factors mentioned." Despite this outright written admission of having zero concrete trade proof, FundingPips completely refused to issue my credentials. Instead, they sent me a final ultimatum email, forcing me to choose between only two unfair options: either a free Phase 1 Reset to waste weeks of trading all over again, or a Refund of my evaluation fee combined with a permanent lifetime ban from their platform. I completely reject these manipulative ultimatums. The mathematical facts of my clean Phase 2 execution prove my full compliance: 1. ZERO BREACHES: My maximum floating drawdown was kept strictly under 1.5% ($1,500), perfectly respecting their rule which allows up to a 2% maximum limit for this account size. 2. STRICT RISK: Every trade was executed with a tight stop-loss. My absolute maximum loss on any single trade was capped at only 0.61% ($614), completely honoring their 1% risk guidelines. 3. CONSERVATIVE TRADING: The profit was achieved through exactly 32 organized trades using conservative lot sizes of 1.00 and 2.00 on XAUUSD, with an institutional holding time per trade of 15, 49, 55, and 65 minutes.
